Too greedy

Too greedy, too pushy, too demanding.
Qulifid therapists they are treating like people from street.
They discriminate us if we not buy big amount of products or if we have no salon.
I will not use them if I have my busses.
I will not recommend them to my friends salon or studios owners.

Tromperie d'envoi

Probeauty ne m'a livré qu'un seul flacon sur les deux commandés et m'a facturé les deux.
Je leur ai envoyé un mail leur précisant que je n'avais qu'un flacon dans le colis reçu. Ils ne m'ont pas cru et ne veulent rien faire.
Je suis pourtant de bonne foie. J'ai deux protections de flacon dans le colis, mais un seul flacon !
Impossible de faire confiance à Probeauty!

Heb een blonderings muts besteld het is te groot voor de hoofd :( en zit niet eens een ding er bij voor de haar uit pulken dus dikke pruts !

Goede avond Erzsebet, Wat vervelend om te horen dat u ontevreden bent over uw aankoop. Het lastige met de blondeermutsen is, dat het per model nogal verschillend kan zijn. Voor de een is deze te groot, voor de ander te klein. Uiteraard is retourneren geen enkel probleem. Met vriendelijke groet

Qua communicatie, vriendelijkheid en klantgerichtheid zijn ze wel super moet ik eerlijk zeggen. Zeer bereikbaar en oplossingsgericht. Nemen zelf contact met je op aangaande je bestelling voor updates en verzending.

FRIZZ........

emailed probeaut last week with my disappointment with the hairdryer purchased as a birthday gift by a family member., highlighting the static and Frizz this particular model is causing not to mention how dry and brittle my hair feels within the space of using it for only a month.
I forwarded the model number etc ., and asked if they had any thoughts on my experience ???
However I have had no response which I tend to think speaks volumes regarding the company and product 😑

Don’t buy here

I bought a straightener plugged it in once, it started to smoke and to burn. My straightener is completely burned, I contact costumer service they show no interest to help me. I explain how I travel all the time they seem to ignore it. My order number was MFBOJFXHJ.

We both know that this is not true. You contacted costumer services that you had an issue with your recently bought item. That's really unfortunately to hear. Costumer services responded correctly that the will resolve your issue and that costumer services will send you a return label for your item and after we receive this item we will try to solve this as quickly as possible. Your response was that you where traveling around. Costumer services replied that they where willing to send you a return label from any country in Europe. This is by the way actually something that not many companies would do. Afterwards you told costumer services that you are now located in Azia. For us it is impossible to provide you with this service. Wa have given you several other options. for example: that it could be handled through your friends here in holland. a other option was to resolve the issue when you where here back in holland (even if this would take a while). All these options where no option for you. To provide service we need to have the defected device. So if you would provide it to us, we will gladly resolve the issue.

Ik heb 4 producten besteld en ook betaald. Ik ontving er echter maar 3, omdat er niet genoeg voorraad was. De vierde keurig terugbetaald gekregen.

Goedemorgen Clemens. Excuus voor de vertraging in de creditering. Creditering geschied binnen enkele dagen (dit is ook mede afhankelijk van de verwerkingstijd van de payment service provider en betaal methode, maar nooit langer dan 14 (werk)dagen - zie ook de informatie in onze algemene voorwaarden en de faq). Ik verwacht dat het binnen enkele dagen weer op uw bankrekening staat. Kunt u mij overigens aangegeven waarheen u mailt? Op onze klanten service (klantenservice@probeauty.nl) hebben wij namelijk niets ontvangen. Overigens zijn wij telefonisch prima 6 dagen (ma t/m za) in de week van 09:30-17:30 bereikbaar op 0316-531501 (soms is een beller met vragen gewoon sneller). Ik zal dit berichtje overigens ook doorsturen naar finance zodat ze er extra alert op zijn en controleren of het al verwerkt is. Excuus voor de vertraging. Een fijne dag alvast.

UPDATE: Inmiddels moet u al het verschil terug hebben ontvangen op uw bank rekening.
