Shopping was easy
Shopping was easy and the ability to sort items is good. However I had difficulty finding tubes and the Vittoria latex tubes didn't say how long the valve stems are.
Apart from that minor issue, shipping was great.

Very good price, order confirmed, great so far!

Awful purchasing experience.
Awful purchasing experience.
Tried to purchase 2x tires listed as instock. It was stuck in processing for longer than expected because after reaching out to query i was told that apparently 1 was not in stock and was holding up the order.
I was offered the option to wait or cancel the order which i agreed to cancel, but only 1 tire was cancelled because the second was already in their pre-dispatch process.
I should have clearly been told that only 1 of items would be cancelled if i selected this option.
Now i have 1 tire on the way that i have paid full shipping cost for, and the only option left is for me to return it once it arrives (if it ever does) to a different address listed on the return slip at my own risk, and at my own cost.
Unclear communication, and poor transparency of the ordering and dispatch process. Avoid this business at all costs.

Efficient searching and good savings.
The website was quite efficient to target specific items I was looking for which saved time, and there were some good savings to be had on the clothing clearance sale.
The only downside was that I couldn't find the sizing for the Fifty Four Degree Three Season Socks, so I just had to guess the size, which isn't ideal.

When I get my full refund, I will give you more stars.
1) Items are not sent from Australia despite the deceptive .com.au url address. Sneaky!
2) This has caught me out twice now.
3) Shoes are no longer in stock after the order was placed and paid for in good faith.
4) I needed these shoes quickly to replace the ones I have which failed unexpectedly (the soles unglued).
5) You have now charged me AU$17.50 to send what were meant to be free socks!!
6) It's not clear when the shoes will be back in stock either.
7) You did not inform me about what was in stock or not, or what you were going to send or not. Why bother collecting my phone number and email address if you are not going to communicate properly?
8) I would not have ordered a pair of socks on their own. I should not have to pay for sending them here. It's the shoes I wanted, not the socks!
9) I would now like a full refund, *including* the shipping price I have already paid. Why? Because the shoes I ordered are still not yet on their way here.
10) It's not possible to find your actual email address or start a chat session.

I was purchasing total goods of almost $200. Then you charge me at checkout $35 delivery. So F you and I drop my purchase back to be total with deliver $141. Not sure I’ll purchase here again. You spend that much and what I have spent in the past delivery should be included over $100-150
