This is the third time we’ve used this brilliant company and yet again they did a fantastic job. So pleased with our living room - the two carpet fitters were so lovely and professional, as was Paul when he gave us a quote. Highly recommend and thank you again!

I have used Professional Carpets for years, but this time they went above and beyond. The service from Paul and the fitter was second to none, and the carpet was beautiful, made my new bedroom look lovely. Plus the underlay was really plush. Wonderful job. Why use anyone else. Well done again Paul.

Professional carpets are a brilliant company, their work is excellent they are very helpful and kind, they have just done my bedroom carpet it looks lovely next is my stairs I will be definitely be getting them in to do them

A great service, friendly, helpful and open in helping us get great quality and value carpets. They kept in touch, kept us informed and we are delighted with our new carpets. Highly recommended.

Had new carpets throughout, very professional, quick, tidy and now have luxury under our feet, amazing quality excellent service.

Had new carpets in the Lounge, Hall, Stairs and Landing purchased and installed by Professional Carpets last week and found the service and quality of carpets excellent and now we are so pleased with them that we are also having a new carpet in the Bedroom.

I’ve personally used Professional Carpets 4 times, and never had a problem. The last job came with a few hiccups, if I hadn’t used you before I probably wouldn’t have been happy, HOWEVER...Paul rectified everything quickly and professionally and I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again. Thank you for being such a friendly and honest company where customer service is obviously at your forefront
