Consistently greatest service over multiple purchases
I’ve ordered from ProCivic a number of times and never had any issue. They even verbally double check large orders to make sure they aren’t fraudulent. Shipping is always on point and timely. Because of these positives, I always check ProCivic first to fulfill my needs before trying other providers.

Very disappointed
The control arms sent to me were already purchased by someone else and installed on a vehicle. I paid for a new in the box product. Box was taped back to together and packaging already opened and the product itself was clearly installed in a vehicle. Extremely disappointed. Should have been discounted if already installed
