I ordered two of the same product for…
I ordered two of the same product for two of of my cars. they emailed me to make sure it wasn't a mistake. then when only one showed up. I emailed them make sure there wasn't an issue. I got a response within the hour and the product was on it's way.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your package yet. I did take a look at your order to see what may be happening. I confirmed with the warehouse that the package was packaged and shipped. Tracking generally is not updated unless the parts were packaged and picked up. Reviewing the info with the shipping department, it seems that the driver missed a scan during pickup and may have lost the package. I currently have the warehouse and shipping department investigating this issue and is in communication with UPS. Once we have more info on what is happening, we will make sure to update you and if it is deemed as lost, a replacement set out. We always put insurance with all our packaged and are fully covered if the package is lost, damaged, or missing pieces. Don't hesitate to contact us if you ever notice any issues with your order. We are always happy to help and are quick to answer any emails sent in. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions

New Grill and Cold Air
I ordered a new grill and Injen cold air intake for my 2019 Civic SI. Everything went smooth and I received my cold air intake basically next day and the grill right on scheduled time. There were no hiccups with anything and the items arrived in perfect new condition. I would definitely order from here again the next time I need something for my civic.
