This time it was perfect.
I did complain about my first order however proclamation got back to me and quickly sent me the replacement. And if was absolutely perfect, I'm so happy because I have two other pieces from proclamation and both are perfect and way better than competition. Everyone can make mistakes, but the way proclamation addressed the issue got me to trust them and that'seven more importantto me.

Placed an order for an 18k pendant âFaithâ got a phone call the next day politely offering an immediate ship date on a 14k model.. which I declined but appreciated.. 2 weeks later my new pendant arrived and it is fantastic. The proprietary design is beautiful and the level of craftsmanship is very high. The unboxing was very nice.. felt premium.. not that that packaging is that important at the end of the day but it adds to the overall experience. This was my first purchase and I would not hesitate to shop again.
