Not happy that I had booked a hygiene clean with the dentist and they cancelled it as the dentist do not do the hygiene anymore. Considering am coming from far and this was booked months ago which the dentist was very much aware of . Considering it is my birthday had planned for that and a repair for my tooth to be done the same day.

I visited Pro Dental Clinic and had a truly exceptional experience. The clinic is immaculate, well-equipped with modern technology, and follows strict sterilization protocols which gives complete peace of mind. The team is professional, patient, and genuinely caring. As a doctor myself, I highly appreciate their attention to detail and ethical approach to patient care.

Really happy with my son’s results he had Invisalign teen followed by composite bonding. Pro dental clinic have been for throughout his whole treatment and I couldn’t have asked for a bit of a clinic. Thank you so much he is over the moon with his new smile makeover. Pro Dental Clinic Harley Street Branch ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Dr Hussein

I got my teeth done at Pro Dental Clinic at the Harley Street branch and I honestly cannot thank Dr Hussein enough for what she has done for me.
Before coming here, I had five consultations with five different places, some pretty well-known ones across London. After all of that, I chose Pro Dental Clinic because of their excellent offers but more importantly because of Dr Hussein herself.

From the moment I sat in her consultation, it was clear she is on another level. She genuinely knows what she is doing and the way she carried herself and explained everything gave me full confidence from day one.

My case was not a straightforward one either. I had several teeth removed as a child during braces treatment, which made my situation more complex than most people. Dr Hussein did not hesitate. She had dealt with many cases like mine, she understood exactly what needed to be done, and she made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. She is incredibly patient, thorough, and truly passionate about her work.

The results she has produced are honestly beyond what I expected. Looking at the before and after photos, the transformation is dramatic. My teeth were extremely yellow and nobody had even pointed that out to me before. Dr Hussein has made them look completely natural, bright and so much more confident. I only had my top eight done with composite bonding and she absolutely smashed it.
The one piece of advice I would give anyone is to know your shade before you go. They do show you how it looks on your teeth during the process but it is still a hard decision to make in the moment. Dr Hussein always made it clear it was my choice and went through all the pros and cons for each colour, which I really appreciated. Looking back I personally wish I had gone one shade darker to better match my bottom teeth, but that is entirely on me and I am still extremely happy with the natural look I ended up with.
I am currently waiting a month or two for the composite bonding to settle before whitening my bottom teeth to match the top, so that final step is still to come and I cannot wait.
From start to finish, Dr Hussein and the entire team at the Harley Street branch were absolutely fantastic. She deserves every bit of credit for what she has achieved with my smile. I genuinely cannot thank her enough. You can see the before and after for yourself and the difference is crazy. 10 out of 10 without a doubt, I would highly recommend.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I had a terrible experience with Pro Dental where I had composite bonding with no aftercare advice or follow ups from them. They continuously bombarded me with emails asking for referrals and good reviews in exchange for discounts instead.

For the last year they have chased me multiple times regarding a payment they said I didn’t make. I paid for my bonding in full 2 years ago and explained the case to them multiple times, yet they continued to send me threatening emails demanding payment and not replying to me or calling me back every time I tried to resolve it.
I finally managed to speak to Lee last week and unlike the very confused receptionists, he was helpful, looked at my proof of payment and set my balance to zero. It was an internal error. So much unnecessary stress was caused by Pro Dental with no customer care or responsibility taken from the rude accounts team.

Since then I have continuously requested to not be contacted by the sales team who send me spam emails every day asking me to refer people and offering discounts. They should have honoured this but continued to send emails and ignored my request. I had to call the Harley street office and spend time explaining this on the phone and requesting for my details to be removed under GDPR laws. If you want a stress free service with no hassle and no post treatment scams or harassment then stay clear of Pro Dental,

Amazing experience with Dr khalil. I had top ten and a gap closed in my bottom using composite bonding. I love them so much! He makes you feel very at ease and never pressure you into doing anything.

My experience with this clinic has been extremely disappointing and distressing. I went in expecting professional care, but the outcome of my treatment left my teeth in significantly worse condition. What makes this even more upsetting is that the issue was acknowledged at first, but later dismissed, and I’m now being told I have to pay thousands of pounds to fix problems that began here.

Based on what I personally went through, I would urge anyone considering this place to be very cautious. Seek multiple opinions, ask detailed questions, and don’t rely on reassurances alone. I wish I had known that sooner.

My son then had his composite veneers done and now I am in the process of having my composite veneers done.

I had composite bonding done at Pro Dental Harley street and I’m really happy with the results. The team, especially Dr Eleonora, was professional and gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which instantly put me at ease. The bonding looks very natural and was done with great attention to detail. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable, and I felt well looked after throughout. I would highly recommend Pro Dental to anyone considering cosmetic dental work.

If I could give 0 I would. Went in made me feel very insecure and stated I had lots of decay and filling needed went to my dentist who then stated there was none even after x-ray. Stated could only do top … do not waste £50 I went down the road to a better provider more nice and not rude and stated can do up and bottom. I paid extra else where for a better service never ever had such a bad service want my £50 back for the horrible experience that I had. They will not do your teeth if they are not close to perfect. They obviously don’t have the experience and want an easy job. Don’t go there unless your teeth are perfect

Amazing team and results at pro dental. The receptionist staff are great as well as the dentist Dr Khalil and the dental assistant too. Great music choices to relax you during your treatment and my composites are the exact shape I wanted. They look very natural and still have a bright white colour. I would recommend to everyone who wants to get composite bonding instead of shaving down their teeth by doing veneers. 10/10 service and results!

I had a great experience, had my composite bonding done over 3 years ago, they were really accommodating and have done exactly what I asked for. Although I had a few scratches over the years, they still look great. I've done my hygiene and a couple of tidy ups since, and it was a great experience. The staff is so lovely and professional, so definitely a place to go to.

My composite bonding looks so natural and I get so many compliments on my teeth, even 2 years down the line! They’ve lasted so well, they’re still super white. The team are so helpful and friendly… 100% recommend!
