Dear Sir, I would wait until the product has been sent and delivered before I would seek it to Reviewed, and then hope for a good result. At the moment the review would be very poor.

I'm so impressed by Prodigg. They have great quality products at a reasonable price and their customer support is excellent.

Very Proactive and responsive customer service.

The system of receiving payment needs a lot more work.

I used black Friday code on the payment page. After putting in the code, the price displayed was discounted accordingly. i made my payment straight-after. However, after the payment transaction completed, the discounted price disappeared and my second payment became full priced. I called multiple time, left many messages, sent multiple emails trying to correct this. It took them a few days to email me back with the correct amount for my 2nd payment. However, the online system still shows the incorrect amount as Prodigg said that they can't even change the amount owned on their own system. They suggested for me to use their email as the evidence when my 2nd payment is due. All in all, i was disappointed by this experience and i don't think Prodigg's payment system is sophisticated. For such a small matter, it took me a few days and they can't even change their own system...sigh...I haven't receive the vanity i purchased, not sure about the quality. I hope the vanity is worthy for the time i spent...

Couldn't recommend them any higher, I haven't received my products yet but the customer service has been great. They are so helpful and patient with you.

Just received our beautiful cast iron bathtub.
We are absolutely in love with it. It took 13 weeks to arrive, which was perfect as we were advised 12-16 weeks. Great value for money the product quality is unreal. Would highly recommend.

Poor customer service. They'll take your money quickly enough but getting the goods is another story !!! And trying to contact them - forget it !!! Avoid using this company - truly. Will save your hip pocket and your sanity.

Everything so far has been great - the customer service over the phone has been fantastic and they even helped me change my order in the first 24 hours when I decided I wanted a different style. The bathtub which I ordered will not arrive until Jan-Feb so I am happy to give more info when that occurs. So far so good.

I have had to chase product enquiries and orders. With limited communication to correcting order issues.

Couldn't be happier. We needed our vanity in a hurry and the team came through! It was delivered in record time. The "Chat" team were wonderful and all of my questions were answered through this platform. So easy, and we love our vanity.

Caution : worst and incompetent everywhere

Before ordering bath tub i called twice to confirm the bath tub im ordering is available and every time i was told yes no problems so i ordered and then called once again post payment to confirm the details and answer was “all good” . Bath tub delivered And turn out wrong bath. My builder had started work on bathroom already and i told them work has started please send me correct bath or refund money asap so i can buy from somewhere else. I believe they intentionally took one week to offer solution knowing my work has already started and cant stop and solution they offered was discount of 200 dollars where as i had to pay 3 time of this amount to builder to make it work due to tight space as bath was too big. I not only had to change window but also paid extra to make it work as i didnt have any choice . I am going to make complaint about these people to Relevant authorities

There products are of top quality and are at a very reasonable price and there customer service is above and beyond
