Low response time, low clarity and no tax benefits in the US
Very slow response times and poor follow-up overall. Also important to know that, since Prodigy Finance is not U.S.-based, the loan does not provide the same tax benefits as many U.S. student lenders.
My main issue has been an open claim related to money that should be returned to me. The process has now been going on for more than a month, with constant delays, explanations changing, and no proper correction or resolution yet.

EMI floating rate of interest could be better.
It was good experience. Fast approval. I think that floating rate of interest you could do better because every time we have to pay the emi according to the currency exchange rate.

Great experience with supportive service
Timely delivery of funds, friendly customer care support. Also, the repayment starts a year after the end of the program, so students don't have the burden of repaying the interest during studies or job finding.
