I received the product key immediately after purchase. Download and activation was easy, and it is working perfectly!! Overall, I'm very happy with the service and price (€13.90).

Very satisfied Reliable and Fast — Highly Recommended

Poor support
I bought a license for MS Office that I remember it should include Project too. While activating the suite I found out that MS Project is not included. While contacting them and stating the problem they avoided stating the obvious, that MS Project is not included in the license I bought, although I do remember in the description (not longer existing) that it was inclueded.
The complain here is mainly for the support, which is weak and not helpfully

Project and Visio are not products included in the Office packages.
This can also be found on the product description and image of the respective product.
