Stay away from this company

So I ordered two spirits from this company comma and I live in japan. So when I ordered this to my armed forces post office box, it was intercepted and nonetheless they destroyed the contents. When I alerted cyprus, Not once or in any fashion, Did they offer a discounted price on my next shipment? Or offer free shipping and handling.
Free shipping and handling. They simply told me to go pound. Extremely unsatisfactory.

Firstly, I regret any inconvenience caused by the delay in my response. As mentioned previously, I needed to consult with our post office, which inevitably took some time. I assure you that I did not intend to be dismissive or discourteous in any way.

Upon reviewing the tracking information provided, it appears that the package was successfully delivered to the US address you provided.

However, I understand that you subsequently informed me that the US address was an army base in Japan and that the package was confiscated by Japanese customs and subsequently destroyed, due to the restrictions on importing alcohol at your location.
It is important to note that the responsibility for any customs-related issues lies with the receiver, as clearly stated on our website under the section dedicated to products from Cyprus.

While I empathize with your situation, I must regretfully inform you that we cannot bear the financial burden for an occurrence that falls outside our sphere of responsibility. As a result, we are unable to offer compensation for the loss incurred.

As a conclusion for the readers:
1.Package reached the destination successfully
2.Due to customs issue and that fact you are located in an US army base in JAPAN, you are not allowed to import alcohol and so package was confiscated and destroyed.

No hassle experience. I received my order fairly quickly considering it had to go through customs, not to mention coming from Greece.

Commandaria and othello wine promptly dispatched

When I ordered to send me some of your fine bottles of wine and commandaria these were send to me promptly and in good order. I have layed them te rest a while before consumption. In april / may we will be visiting Cyprus and also Lemessos.

Exactly what we wanted.

The items were perfect and exactly what we wanted. Easy to order but didn't receive a confirmation email. We're based in New Zealand so I knew there would be a delay in delivery. Took almost 6 weeks. Great customer service though. Received a feedback email that acknowledged the package may arrive after the email. Would definitely order from you again! Thank you.
