Used the company for many years and always received great customer service, including on this occasion sourcing me chemicals that they don't currently stock.

Aweful company. Aweful customer service. They have no idea what theyre doing. From the moment i took a contract out with them it was headaches. Even the managing director got information wrong, when i approached him on this i got ignored. They continue to file invoices wrong or file my payments wrong. And then when i called them up to sort it they get funny with me. They had the driver sign on my behalf even though he never had permission to do this when collecting waste. I know people who work for them and have been told they dont care, and how bad they are as a company (and thats from their own employees!!!)
Oh and best of all after all this they raise their prices twice in less than a year... 3 times over 2 years. Honestly avoid the headache of this company and go elsewhere!!! I had problems for 2 years. Aweful, aweful experience

I'm impressed with you your service was excellent but your delivery firm DPD is the score that i give as my toilet cleaner was battered and open due to the handling of the box . Box was very badly damaged and plastic bag was covered in liquid luckily your packing was excellent otherwise all items that i order would of been damaged
