He arrived to our hotel (Pullman Eiffel Tower Hotel) very promptly and he drove us to the airport and provided a bottle of water for the car ride per person, and helped with our luggage!! This is our third time using PROFI Driver for a transfer to the airport in Paris and the service is unbeatable! Our driver was at our pick-up address more than 15 minutes ahead of time and was extremely courteous. The car was very clean and comfortable, and there was water for the trip. The driver knew how to avoid the heavy Sunday traffic and we arrived without any delay. At the airport he helped us find a cart for the luggage and assisted with loading it. We would recommend this car serviced without hesitation! Excellent on every level.

After our driver was 15 minutes lateâŠ
After our driver was 15 minutes late and we had heard nothing from them, I called the US customer service hotline. The driver had not even been dispatched yet. The driver showed up, 35 minutes after our scheduled time. Had we not called, I'm not sure they would have showed up at all. Very disappointed as this was pre-arranged and pre-paid in a foreign country. We had no driver number or contact name in advance.
