Unfortunately, after the purchase I made for 5 days of use with my Google account, I was unable to translate my PDF file and for 3 hours with your support I tried in all sorts of ways without success.
1. The user interface is not user-friendly. After every choice I made, it returned me to the login screen
2. After only partially translating the entire file, I was told that I needed to divide the file into small parts, even though the purchase states that up to 100MB is possible
3. After I followed all the instructions and translated a smaller file, the system asked me to purchase credits even though I didn't need to and didn't allow me to download the file.
In summary, a very poor user experience. The process should be much more transparent and simple.

Se chiedi una singola traduzione a pochi centesimi,ti ritrovi un addebito di 39.99 sul tuo conto dopo qualche giorno! Quando cancelli il maledetto abbonamento,mai richiesto,e chiedi rimborso ti rispondono che lo riceverai entro 5/7 giorni. Ad oggi sono passate due settimane e ancora non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso!! Che schifo! Ma non finisce qui, procederò con la denuncia alle
autorità competenti! Vergognatevi!

Traduzioni PDF ottime, mantengono i layout del documento perfettamente. Ricordate solo che, qualora non voleste continuare il servizio dopo il periodo di prova, di disdire l'abbonamento. Io me ne sono dimenticato ma , una volta contattato il servizio clienti, sono stato rimborsato.
Consiglierei all'azienda di mandare una mail prima dell'addebito in modo.che l'utente sia consapevole che verrà addebitata la rata. Consiglio inoltre di rivedere al ribasso i costi mensili che sono molto alti rispetto ai competitori.

Ho tradotto un PDF di 108 pagine e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto 💣💥

Product was not working as good as expected, leaving out some pages or deleting some paragraphs or formating, but nothing that couldnt be fixed. I got a 40EUR paiment after a few days, but it all got fixed with one mail on customer service. After all im pleased with the experience.
