When customers post negative reviews, the company’s response is to call them “fake” or “manipulative” rather than addressing the actual issues. Changing the brand name doesn’t fix these problems — it only raises more questions about their credibility.
A fair platform proves its integrity through actions, not by rebranding and dismissing complaints. Proceed with caution.

I am happy with the Profit.com project and appreciate the platform’s features. I am currently subscribed to the Terminal Pro Plan ($119.88/year) and received a $400 payment last month within the 30-day timeframe.
That said, I have contacted your support team multiple times, including just yesterday when I sent my username Adarsha Kumar from my registered email address, but I have yet to receive any response. I’ve clearly explained the issue in each message, and it’s disappointing not to hear back.
I would appreciate it if you could escalate this matter and ensure I receive the necessary assistance as soon as possible.
Additionally, I strongly suggest that Profit.com introduce 24×7 customer support to better handle urgent or time-sensitive issues.

There house rules is 30 days payout cycle but already passed the time , no support from there team.
I’ve been waiting for my total cash rewards of $1,775 from Profit.com since December 2024. All my tournament rewards are marked as "Pending" with Skrill as the payout method, but after 7+ months, nothing has been paid.
I submitted valid payout details, but there has been no proper response from support.
This kind of delay is unacceptable and shows a lack of honesty or financial stability. If a company cannot pay genuine winnings, it should not be allowed to operate.
Until my full pending amount is paid, I will continue sharing my experience publicly to warn others.
I’m a new user on Profit.com and noticed the dashboard claims $209,000 has been paid out. However:
- All visible Playtrader profiles combined only show around $75,000 in total rewards.
- Many rewards have been pending for over 7 months.
- Based on what I’ve seen, no one has actually received any rewards in the past year.

Unfair Ban for Using Skrill – Indian Users Had No Other Choice!
I’m an Indian user and long-time supporter of Profit.com. I even helped many others join and recharge for tournaments. But now my account is banned — just because I recharged using my friend’s Skrill account.
But what option did we have?
- 🚫 Skrill stopped allowing new registrations in India in 2024
- 📱 The Skrill app was removed from the Indian Play Store
- 💳 There is no UPI, bank transfer, or crypto payout option available
So like many Indian users, I had **no choice** but to use a friend’s Skrill. Now Profit.com is using this as an excuse to block withdrawals after users win. That’s not a fair policy — that’s a payout delay tactic.
📢 I request Profit.com to:
1. Remove this rule for Indian users, or
2. Provide legal, accessible withdrawal options like UPI, bank transfer, or crypto.

I have always played honestly and only used one game account. Linking my friend’s Skrill was the only option for recharges and withdrawals.
It’s very unfair to ban players and hold their winnings for something that is not our fault. Profit.com should understand the situation in India and change its policy so that honest players are not punished. Very disappointed.

I’ve been playing on Profit.com for over a year and trusted the platform. Recently, after winning money, they banned my account claiming I used the same Skrill payout method as another player.
But in India, Skrill no longer accepts new registrations — so players like me have no choice but to use an existing Skrill account to withdraw our winnings. This situation is beyond our control, yet Profit.com punishes players instead of offering alternatives.
I invested my own money and played honestly. Being banned and denied my payout for something that isn’t my fault is completely unfair. Profit.com needs to fix this issue, unban affected players, and respect the investments and trust of its customers.
As of now, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone — especially Indian players.

I’ve been using Profit.com for over a year and recently won $350. According to their own House policy, withdrawals are supposed to be processed within one month. However, it has been over six months, and I still haven’t received my money.
Instead of paying, they suddenly asked me to submit KYC documents and placed my withdrawal on hold. This feels like a deliberate excuse to delay or avoid payment.
Such behavior breaks customer trust and makes the platform appear unreliable and unprofessional. I hope Profit.com stops making excuses and starts honoring its own policies and treating users with respect.
I won a contest on the app and was promised a cash reward, but it's been months and I still haven’t received anything.
