Name Change Doesn’t Erase Problems

Profit.com — now calling itself Profit Pro — claims transparency and fairness, but my experience has been the opposite. They suddenly stopped day trading and top stock features without any proper explanation. Many users report long payout delays and unresponsive support.

When customers post negative reviews, the company’s response is to call them “fake” or “manipulative” rather than addressing the actual issues. Changing the brand name doesn’t fix these problems — it only raises more questions about their credibility.

A fair platform proves its integrity through actions, not by rebranding and dismissing complaints. Proceed with caution.

I am happy with the Profit.com project and appreciate the platform’s features. I am currently subscribed to the Terminal Pro Plan ($119.88/year) and received a $400 payment last month within the 30-day timeframe.

That said, I have contacted your support team multiple times, including just yesterday when I sent my username Adarsha Kumar from my registered email address, but I have yet to receive any response. I’ve clearly explained the issue in each message, and it’s disappointing not to hear back.

I would appreciate it if you could escalate this matter and ensure I receive the necessary assistance as soon as possible.

Additionally, I strongly suggest that Profit.com introduce 24×7 customer support to better handle urgent or time-sensitive issues.

WORST WEBSITE AND FRAUD

I’ve had enough.

My payments from November 2024 are still pending, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I’ve received no clear answers and no resolution. My account is active, in good standing, and my subscription has been paid on time — there’s no excuse for this delay.

This kind of negligence is unacceptable. You're quick to take payments, but clearly not as quick when it comes to fulfilling your end. It’s a serious breach of trust, and it reflects poorly on Profit.com as a platform.

I expect my payments to be processed immediately. No more vague responses, no more delays. Handle this now

Promises made,payment delay -1775dollar

I’ve been waiting for my total cash rewards of $1,775 from Profit.com since December 2024. All my tournament rewards are marked as "Pending" with Skrill as the payout method, but after 7+ months, nothing has been paid.

I submitted valid payout details, but there has been no proper response from support.

This kind of delay is unacceptable and shows a lack of honesty or financial stability. If a company cannot pay genuine winnings, it should not be allowed to operate.

Until my full pending amount is paid, I will continue sharing my experience publicly to warn others.

I’m a new user on Profit.com and noticed the dashboard claims $209,000 has been paid out. However:
- All visible Playtrader profiles combined only show around $75,000 in total rewards.
- Many rewards have been pending for over 7 months.
- Based on what I’ve seen, no one has actually received any rewards in the past year.

This raises major questions about transparency and the validity of the “cash paid” figure.

❓ Does the $209K include referral bonuses or unreleased rewards?

❓ Can you provide a clear breakdown of:
- How much has actually been paid to users
- How much is still pending

Right now, it looks like only about 35% of the claimed total is traceable, and no rewards have been fulfilled in a very long time. This is deeply concerning and damages user trust.

**After seeing this, how can I trust the platform or feel confident recharging any profile plan?**

Unfair Ban for Using Skrill

Unfair Ban for Using Skrill – Indian Users Had No Other Choice!

I’m an Indian user and long-time supporter of Profit.com. I even helped many others join and recharge for tournaments. But now my account is banned — just because I recharged using my friend’s Skrill account.

But what option did we have?

- 🚫 Skrill stopped allowing new registrations in India in 2024
- 📱 The Skrill app was removed from the Indian Play Store
- 💳 There is no UPI, bank transfer, or crypto payout option available

So like many Indian users, I had **no choice** but to use a friend’s Skrill. Now Profit.com is using this as an excuse to block withdrawals after users win. That’s not a fair policy — that’s a payout delay tactic.

📢 I request Profit.com to:
1. Remove this rule for Indian users, or
2. Provide legal, accessible withdrawal options like UPI, bank transfer, or crypto.

No choice — unfair to ban me

I am a new player on Profit.com, and I already linked my best friend’s verified Skrill account because I had no choice. In India, Skrill no longer allows new registrations, so it’s impossible to open my own Skrill account.

I have always played honestly and only used one game account. Linking my friend’s Skrill was the only option for recharges and withdrawals.

It’s very unfair to ban players and hold their winnings for something that is not our fault. Profit.com should understand the situation in India and change its policy so that honest players are not punished. Very disappointed.

No skill access in India but still blamed and banned

I’ve been playing on Profit.com for over a year and trusted the platform. Recently, after winning money, they banned my account claiming I used the same Skrill payout method as another player.

But in India, Skrill no longer accepts new registrations — so players like me have no choice but to use an existing Skrill account to withdraw our winnings. This situation is beyond our control, yet Profit.com punishes players instead of offering alternatives.

I invested my own money and played honestly. Being banned and denied my payout for something that isn’t my fault is completely unfair. Profit.com needs to fix this issue, unban affected players, and respect the investments and trust of its customers.

As of now, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone — especially Indian players.

Profit.com doesn’t Follow It's Own Rule.

I’ve been using Profit.com for over a year and recently won $350. According to their own House policy, withdrawals are supposed to be processed within one month. However, it has been over six months, and I still haven’t received my money.

Instead of paying, they suddenly asked me to submit KYC documents and placed my withdrawal on hold. This feels like a deliberate excuse to delay or avoid payment.

Such behavior breaks customer trust and makes the platform appear unreliable and unprofessional. I hope Profit.com stops making excuses and starts honoring its own policies and treating users with respect.

I won a contest on the app and was promised a cash reward, but it's been months and I still haven’t received anything. I sent all the required documents, but no one responds to emails or support chats. Many other users are facing the same problem. The app looks good, but don’t expect to get paid. Use it only if you just want to practice trading—not to earn real money.

Not a trustworthy platform for trading

I'm very disappointed with Profit.com. I have been using the platform for a long time, regularly recharging and playing their games. I participated in two Crypto Genz Tournaments – from December 9 to 16, 2024, and March 3 to 10, 2025 – and I won both.

But even after winning, they have not paid the prize money. I contacted their support team multiple times, but there has been no response, no explanation, and no resolution.

This platform seems untrustworthy and irresponsible. They happily take money from users but fail to honor winnings. I feel cheated and strongly advise others to stay away from Profit.com. It is not a reliable or fair gaming platform.

I am using this platform from last 1 year, still now not received my wining amount as per your platform procedure and i tried so many times to connect with your service team but no reply. Actually my 2024 month October and December month winning amount of 350$ pending, why I am not received. Give me the proper reply because I trusted your platform and i used this platform from long time. Please check this issue. This type of Technical issue solved by the platform team as soon as possible otherwise it's give wrong communication so it's affecting on future. Please check and update.

Still no withdrawal

i am using this app with real account. I requested a withdrwal,but its still not received.it has been many days,and there is no clear update.
I trusted this platform, but the delay is making the worried. Many users are facing the same issue. Some say they got payment after a long time. But why so late?
