Love my eyebrow wax - it's amazing, the lip stain is great too and LOVE the lip glosses. Amazing value for money !

Item arrived damaged, I sent an email with photo and within a couple of hours I received an apology and had the item re dispatched. Excellent customer service, thank you 😊

They’ve got some of the cheapest best makeup that you can buy, and it really does work

I received my 2 eyeshadow pallets in goot time, however they were packaged so badly they arrived smashed to pieces. I emailed them with a picture and asked for them to re-send, I also messaged on Instagram and have not received any reply. disgraceful customer service, NOT ENEN A RESPONSE.

Can't believe these people don't know that their nearest Factory Outlet is selling Profusion - would have saved them on postage. All postage from America is expensive, then you have the taxes on top of that. never worth it. As for the makeup? I'd heard about it, so bought a palette - £5!!! 24 beautiful colours and not shabby on pigment either. Try it, you'll be surprised.

I was worried about using them as I read reviews and I really wanted the Jurassic Park Make-Up sets I was concerned about shipping, time and if I'd have to pay another deliver charge.

Everything came perfectly packaged no additional shipping was charged and it got here in a week all the way from America, I am so so impressed.

Yes the shipping was £40 but I really wanted the products andthe make up was so cheap I didnt mind.

The quality is on point I love every part and will happily buy more from here again.

I have no idea why I have never heard of this brand before but I am advertising it to my friends now and yes, they are jealous of the music the shadow box plays when you open it! :D 10/10 thank you for making my Friday!

Ordered from the US-based site as the products I wanted were not available on the UK site. This should've been my first red flag. It wasn't. I thought £35 for delivery was ridiculously high, but as I wanted the products, I went ahead with it. Only to find out now almost 3 weeks later that I owe an additional £40 in import fees. I've never paid import fees with other US-based makeup companies so this was quite the shock, especially as that's effectively me now paying 1.5x the value of my purchase to ship it. And when I raised this, I was told that they should've charged me more for shipping (to the tune of double what I paid). This felt like a blackmail response, in all honesty. "Oh, we actually charged you less in shipping, you shouldn't complain about the import fees" was what I got out of this.

Incredibly poor customer service. Appalling. And what felt like blackmail to shut up and not complain about paying 1.5x the value with import fees?

Incredibly shady business practices, wholly unethical and I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

Stick to Pat McGrath - better quality makeup and you won't pay import fees. After the import fees with Profusion, you've effectively paid Pat McGrath pricing anyway.

the desighn is so pretty and the products are easy to apply&look good on the skin! safe packaging and i got a gift with my order. affordable prices (although the shipping to my area was expensive) would defenetly buy again!

But, this company is just SO underrated & need MORE brand attention!!!! Their packaging is always gorgeous & it doesn't ever feel cheap, even for a drugstore brand! Their product formulations are AMAZING & REALLY GOOD-from their gorgeous, pigmented palettes, to their pigmented-packed lipsticks, lip liners, eye liners, etc. to amazing, soft brushes & long lasting eye primers-I actually have NOTHING negative to say about this brand whatsoever!!!!!!! It's just a really amazing brand with VERY low price points & gorgeous products that actually perform REALLY well!!! I originally found them in my local Walgreens & the rest is history! I have recommended them many, many times before & I will continue to do so!!!!! For me personally, this company PROVES that inexpensive makeup is just as good, if not better in some cases, than the more expensive or even luxury brands! Just because they're a brand you can find in most drugstores, doesn't mean it's lesser quality! This brand DEFINITELY PROVES, to me at least, that cheaper priced palettes &/or products are indeed just as good & sometimes even better than the luxury ones! OVERALL....PRICE DOESN'T ALWAYS DETERMINE THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT-SOMETHING I'VE LEARNED OVER THE YEARS & HAVE PROVED IT TO MYSELF! Do your own product & brand research & you will find MANY, MANY others who agree 100% with me that Profusion Cosmetics is a wonderful & highly under-rated brand!

Profusion Cosmetics is by far one of the most underrated makeup brands! They're makeup is VERY affordable and well worth the money. I have ordered from their site numerous times and every time my package arrives super quick and the contents undamaged. Thank you, Profusion, for such awesome affordable products!
