Ordered a T304 grade stainless steel exhaust component for an excellent price. It arrived next day and the finish is way better than others I've seen. Nice clean, even weld and tarnish free mirror finish. Really impressed by the quality for what I paid.

Ordered a lot of components to create a cat back exhaust.
The cat blew through within a week of driving. After going back and forth with customer service for weeks sending images getting the car on the ramp etc etc I finally got the message that any car which is modified is not covered by their warranty.
I don't see why this isn't the first question they ask instead of getting me to spend weeks messaging and getting images of the installed exhaust.
So unless you have a stock car don't expect any help if anything goes wrong.

I ordered an exhaust clamp but was unfortunately sent the incorrect item. I emailed several times to ask if the return postage would be covered for the item. I was asked to send a photo of the incorrect item which I did, and then silence. It’s not worth me paying the return postage so I’m left with a clamp that doesn’t fit. Poor communication and obviously not great being sent the wrong item.

Great after sales support, polite and helpful on the phone!
