Strong Warning – Payment Taken, No Shipment, No Communication

I am reporting my experience so Trustpilot and other buyers are aware of what appears to be a recurring pattern.

Invoice #: IN000077
Payment method: NOWPayments (cryptocurrency)
Amount: €150

Payment was completed and confirmed. I received an automated invoice. After that, there was no shipment confirmation, no tracking number, and no response to communication.

The website advertises DHL Express with tracking included. No tracking was ever provided. There has been complete silence after funds were received.

Additionally, the website content, product descriptions, and branding appear to be replicated from another legitimate seller, which raises serious concerns about authenticity and potential misrepresentation.

The use of cryptocurrency payments combined with lack of post-payment communication significantly increases buyer risk due to the irreversible nature of the transaction.

I request that Trustpilot formally review this business’s practices, payment processing structure, and fulfillment claims.

Buyers should exercise extreme caution before sending funds, particularly via crypto.

I placed my order on the 2nd of September... Even got a voucher for 30% off on my order... Did the same day the transfer through bank wire payments and paid extra money for high priority transfer... As i communicated with my bank they ensured me that the money was on their account the next day, which means the 3rd of September.
It's been 8 days I made the payment and I've sent about 5 messages to get any response but I didn't receive an answer not even at one of my messages.
I've transferred 549€ and don't know what's going on...you 'll loose your money ,your time and you'll get angry for trusting an obviously scammer...but you'll realise when it is too late....so STAY AWAY OF THESE SCAMMERS !
I saw that you are responding to some messages through here...my questions are following:
1.How can it be that you answer to messages here on this review site but you are not able to answer one of the 5 messages i sent on YOUR site!
2.Why are you not providing any confirmed and legal address of the place your company is based and contact details for your customers ?
In any case i requested a cancellation and payback through my bank today...in case i get my money back i will be just annoyed that i lost my time .
In case I don't get it back i already informed my lawyer who will take care of the issue...
I cant realy believe that you ask from people to send you money and your info on how to make the payment are so detailed and studied to the last detail...and once people transfer the money ,you don't even care to send them any info by staying quiet and disappear...very rude behaviour!
Anyways ...advice : NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE AND NEVER EVER TRUST A SITE/COMPANY THAT HAS NOT A LEGAL ADDRESS AND ANY FURTHER CONTACT INFORMATION (like telephone numbers or email) POSTED.

These scammers have balls! After stealing 223 Euro from me in July, they just sent me a coupon for 30% off via Intuit Mailchimp!

There is zero contact info on their website. Not a form, not an email address, not a mailing address. Nothing. They are 100% a scam.

I didn’t receive any reply yet already order payment done but no any reply yet also order status not changed after payment received.
Is progbl scammer as some reviews saying?

Scam. Sent them the money, the order hasn’t been updated in over a week so it still looks pending. I’ve sent various messages and am yet to receive a response.

I order-pay--and had have never get the product

This website is a SCAM! They are SCAMMERS. You pay what they ask and you never receive the product. EVER. And of course, They don't answer emails. PLEASE, never buy from this site.

It's totally scam. They asked money through wire transfer and they never sent anything. I placed the order two months before and since then I have sent many messages but no one has ever replied. As I noticed now they ask crypto payments so it's very easy for them to cover their trace. Be careful and never pay any one through wire or crypto payments.

Unfortunately same for me, not the first site, they are happy to get your money, but once paid you get ignored, no tracking.

This company is a scam.I ordered on October 21st for merchandise they never delivered.they never emailed me and stole of me 735,20 euros which was the value of my order.I hope customers read this review and protect themselves from this bad and frustrating experience.
