I had booked a 16 seater tempo more than a month ago
On the day before the travel they called and told me that they could only give a 12 seater and i should arrange in that. There was no intent to replace the tempo after 1 2 days as well.
It was like if you want cancel the tempo on the last day and arrange a new one... very poor
