I couldn’t ask for a better company to work with my team manager‘s name is Roy and he does outstanding work. I’ve called some companies in prior to this one. They never call you back. They never give you updates and it’s like you feel like your money is going to waste. Not with these guys they’re on point they said they do what they say on a timely manner and they give you updates and they answer your calls and if they don’t answer, they call back within sufficient time. So I’d highly recommend this company to anybody who’s looking for a website or whatever you need they can do it just ask for Roy. He’s the man.

I recently had the chance to try out the game app development. My game was an action game, as young people love it the most and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! One of my relatives introduced me Progressive UX as I was looking to create an app where I could post online baking classes and make it live for people to join. Progressive built me an app in 5 weeks that allowed local community to register for my classes. It was a wonderful experience working with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Scammers!!! As soon as I paid the money I basically never heard anything from them again. I have been trying to get my money back for over 7 months! Hopeless, useless scammers!!

Another Scam by ProgressiveUX.com

After a dispute over the company owing me money, ProgressiveUX.com not only tried to remove my review from Trustpilot but also created a fake email demanding $2,500 USD to “bring my website up to date.” When I refused, they took down my website, leaving me without access. This is just another shady tactic from this company.

Previously, I had already lost $5,000 USD after hiring them for three websites and an inventory program. They only partially completed two websites (85%), worth $1300 each, while the inventory program (worth $5,000) was never delivered. After numerous attempts to reach them, they ceased all communication and abandoned the project, forcing me to hire another firm to complete the work.

When I requested the completion of the agreed work, they claimed the price was too low—despite having already taken my money. Upon mentioning legal action, their response was, “You’re most welcome to afford one if you can, which can stand against our legal department.”

Their tactics—false claims, and website takedowns—are nothing short of fraudulent. Avoid ProgressiveUX.com at all costs.

This company was full of false promises, and actually took money without authorization, until Leo Davis came on the scene...He has worked hard and promptly to address outstanding issues. I am hopeful that he will continue, so that they can shed their "scammer" suit and continue to be 'good guys'.

They are scammers!! They said they would design my website, took a down payment and disappeared when I asked for my money back. Their so called expert they assigned me with was more interested in lying to me and getting me to spend more money rather than doing his job.

I have been working with Leo Davis on publishing 2 books. It has been very comforting to me that he uses a project management approach. This experience has taught me that having milestones, sharing them with others and keeping up with schedules is instrumental in being successful. By the way, I used to teach project management as a consultant in the past, so I do know something about project management.
