This company is a SCAM. I ordered a hoodie and joggers for my son in January. Money was taken from my card the same day. Three months later in April, I haven’t received anything, despite contacting them by email multiple times, even with some replies saying they had sent it or were going to give me a refund. Do not order from this company unless you want to pay for something you don’t receive.

Ordered 1 month ago took money and never delivered goods total scam don't buy from them.

had a slight delay but it arrived nice packaging, great quality

I have not yet received my order and now been waiting many weeks. I have made two attempts to contact the company through their contact form via their website and am yet to receive a reply. Due to this I cannot recommend this company, which is a shame as the products look like good quality from others that have bought from them. Hopefully they contact me back soon and update me or provide a full refund.

He was so happy with them, even though I had to wait as while as they had to be pre-ordered.

Bought and paid for hoodie and joggers for my son for Christmas, received 2 joggers, which isnt what we ordered and paid for.
I have emailed several times with no response. My son has been blocked on Instagram (he reached out several times through this platform and promises were made to post out the hoodie, still waiting!!!)
I'd recommend going elsewhere as this company isn't fit for purpose.

We purchased a hoodie which had a defective zip. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer services we have had absolutely no response. As such, we cannot recommend this brand.

I am trying to contact this company to return an item. Cannot find a contact other than a contact page on the website. Have written two messages and yet to hear how to return my item which I would have been happy with but it is too big.
