ProlineOffice sent me a pack of four cartridges for my HP printer. For some reason two of them - the black and cyan would not be accepted by the machine. I explained this to to Iris at ProlineOffice who sent me two new ones. When these did not work either so Iris then researched the problem and gave me a solution that has enabled the new ones to work. First class and faultless customer service.
I ordered a full set of cartridges for an HP Laserjet Pro MFP 3302fdw printer. As these had not arrived within the expected time scale, I contacted Proline who immediately issued a second set (via a different carrier). I then needed to return one of the cartridge sets to them. Communication with Proline was superb throughout the process. I needed to have a number of email exchanges and raised a couple of queries and was startled by how quickly Proline resonded and the highly personalised feel of these responses. All of this was very impressive, and this is before I compare the prices with the far more expensive cartridges available via HP!
