yes, using nutrrition bars at breakfast time, very useful!

Have been using prolon for years but unfortunately have to stop now. I found hair in one of the soups and I ordered 2 packs of chocololate chip fasting bars and the bars had 1-3 chips, basically the same as regular nut bars.

Very slow delivery
Did not match the 48 hr promised
Was at least 10 days

I ordered Prolon reset product and adjusted my meal following the guidelines from prof Valter Longo "Fasting Cancer" book for people on chemotherapy. I liked the taste of the nuts bar, the kale and almond crackers, the olives and the pepper and onion soup. It looks like it helps with the chemotherapy side effects, which is great! Nutrition is very important during chemo and I hope and wish a further collaboration with the leading cancer clinics - HCA LOC, University College Hospital London and The Royal Marsden in UK - very useful for both patients and medical teams. It would also be nice to have the option for cancer patients - Chemolieve. Thanks a lot for the great product and service!

Prompt delivery. Easy to use with good instructions. Good taste. I stay home and have a quiet time whilst I'm fasting as I find that easier to stay in the routine of the 5 days. I don't find that I'm hungry. Although I have lost my excess weight (10lbs) pretty quickly (I did it 4 times over 4 months), which has been helpful, it's been about longevity and staying well as I head into my 70's. So far so good!

4th time I've tried Prolon. I normally just go for the original. It's basic, but I really don't care about the soup flavour. It's more about the discipline, the ride and the reward for me. Lets face it the convenience of a managed plan for 5 days, with no cooking apart from heating soups is why people invest - and it WILL be hard for 5 days no matter what soup you have as the calories are so low. Plan your day around it and you'll be fine. For me day 3 was like a fog had been lifted - I tested and was in Ketosis. I felt amazing (and still do on day 4). Do it - 100% you won't regret it and you will be back for more.

Second time doing the 5 day diet and third time ordering from them! Amazing communication, golden standard products! Highly recommend

The products arrived next day. I am in the midst of the 5 day and the first two days were a breeze! The third day I felt a little hungry so drank more of the magic FMD drink and could easily distract myself. The nut bars are delicious and filling. They easily get you to lunch…so I bought some more for when I am tight on time.

Very pleased to have completed the 5 day fast with ProLon. Was much easier than expected and felt great throughout. I've lost 6lbs and returned to my usual weight. Loved the breakfast bar and the choco bar! Most of the soups were lovely - did have to add pepper to a couple of them. All in all a very good experience.

Kickstarted my weight loss programme ... felt unbelievably focused on Day 4 when autophagy really kicked-in!

This is a truly magnificent product. I have now done 3 FMD 5 day cycles, and not only feel fantastic, but have lost half a stone each time. The customer service is also very fast at responding, and increadibly helpful.
A refreshingly pleasant experience.

Easy to follow.

There is an issue over checkout. It automatically adds £30-£40 to the bill. The AI says this is a problem with the cart. Just posting to advise people to check their carts carefully

I was pleasantly surprised how helpful the Customer Service team at ProLon UK is. The first kit I tried, I loved the nut bars, lemon & mint tea, crackers (which I broke up into the soups) & olives. I did not like the Butternut squash soups, very tasteless, and had to leave a couple. The rest were tolerable and filled me up. After just 3 days I had better energy and brain clarity, and by day 5 (having improvised a bit on days 4 & 5 as I couldn't stomach more of the powdered soups!) I felt great. I would do it again, and have ordered the Organic Next Gen kit which has liquid soups and look forwards to using this soon. Yes it is very expensive, & I wish it were less costly. Both orders arrived really fast, after 2-3 days, very impressed! For the kits with powdered soups I recommend avoiding the Butternut Squash soups....
