REFUND I ordered a denim blue Jean dress from promise Gift on line for 128.00 size small Sept 6th 2026, it is away to big on me as I am very short, came down to my ankles. I went on line to request a refund slip 2 or 3 times and have never heard back from them. I find It very confusing where to send my request or how to get in contact with them, looking for some help in this matter. I see the location is at 620 king st west can I not just take the dress back there for a refund .

Received the wrong size and the quality was not as advertised, cheap polyester.
Requested Free Returns option. Received numerous emails including saying returns were difficult and would not being my interest.
Eventually I told them I was passing the matter on to my credit card company. My credit card was refunded in full within days by Nat West.
Don't buy from this company
If, like me, you do fall for the fancy pictures :
1. Try to resolve by email ie get their replies in writing
2. Raise a dispute with your credit card company and send them the emails showing how you have been fobbed off by Promise Gift who don't provide Free Returns and won't refund your money.

I would never order from them again. I purchased a dress it does fit; impossible to return. Purchased with PayPal as credit cards get hacked a lot from these sites. Have asked numerous times for store address to refund as they specifically say do not return to label address. Very disappointing. Dave your $ do not purchase from China.

Scam. They send different items as described. Poor and disgusting material.

Fake store. Poor quality. Their email doesn’t exist.

T/shirts sold as 100% cotton which are actually polyester. Can’t believe the response to my request for a refund. Surely in the UK promisegift is contravening the
TRADING STANDARDS ACT and this company needs addressing.

My mom ordered 2 shirts which the PromiseGift.com said were 2XL but the actual shirts were way too small. I helped her to try and get a refund and we filled out the generic "contact us" form, but the all the contact information is from a generic Shopify template, with generic emails and the phone +33 (0) 31-305-210 list as a French country code +33, but the rest not corresponding to a valid, real telephone service. I told her to dispute the charge with her credit card service. Google AI lists the company as being in Wan Chai, Hong Kong with a Hong Kong support #852 5748 0660. The website list their address as 620 King St W, Toronto, ON M5V 1M7, Canada. Google just says it is located in the Fashion District of Toronto.

Ordered pure linen clothing, received polyester items temu style.

Fraudulent site.

My wife ordered 2 blouses from promisegift.com back in late June 2026, which she liked the look of and the description of the material was linen and cotton. The price was £22 per blouse.
However, although the fit was good, the material was of poor quality (she felt definitely not linen and cotton). She could not wear the type of material the blouses were made from. So we wanted to return the items for a refund. To do that, according to the website T&C, you have to email the customer service to get an authorisation. However, the email reply I got was for a refund of £10 without returning the items. We felt this was unacceptable as the total cost was £44.
After a few more exchange of emails, in which I quoted their website T&C's regarding returns, which states "We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Promisegift, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date", they offered a £22 refund since it would cost us about £20 to return the items.
I replied back to say we would accept that offer. That was on the 9th July 2026. Today is the 16th August 2026 and still no refund has been sent.

SCAM. I carefully checked their refund policy before purchasing. The dress i received is cheap and awful. Immediately emailed for a refund and have has zero response to 3 emails. I will be filing a complaint with the ACCC. Be warned!!

I ordered some blouses and a sweater. The blouses were way too small, maybe an XSM, I ordered Medium. The sweater felt so cheap. Most importantly, they are not responding to emails on how to return the items for a refund. Don’t use this company.

I ordered in July 2026 a few weeks ago. The same day I ordered I realized the sizing was different than usual so the items ordered would be not correct. I sent an email, which I have proof to change the size. I did not get a response but the shipment arrived and it was incorrect sizing. I emailed as directed requesting a refund. The reply was not a full refund of shipping label but another to keep the merchandise and receive $29.99. Also very rude email to follow stating you ordered the items and we can only issue $29.99 no return label. Very poor customer service!!! Do not buy from this company. False representation!!!

Long lead time for Chinese product. Labelled 100% cotton but was not. Scrubbing at a small stain removed dye from the t shirt.

They advertise products which are made from nylon or polyester as 100%cotton.
Very dishonest selling cheap Chinese goods advertised falsely.
DO NOT BUY.
