After the sudden loss of my husband I had no idea where to start Promise life were amazing, with my permission they dealt with my daughter and took care of everything from start to finish. The paperwork process was easy to understand and full payment was made within a couple of weeks. The staff were very empathetic and understanding I couldn't of done it without them, I am truly grateful for the expertise and ease of dealing with everything for us.

My father had a Promis Life policy. Never had to sort out a death of a parent before so didn’t know what to expect. Rang Promis Life, spoke to someone and it was all super easy. After the first call I was told I would be sent a forum and a pre paid envelope to send back documents. I made sure I had all the paperwork requested and sent it back. Within a week (sent back over a bank holiday) I checked my bank account to pay a separate bill and all monies had been paid. Two days later I received the documents back and a confirmation letter. It literally couldn’t have been easier. The most irritating thing for me is they no longer accept new customers, having seen how easy it can be I would take out a policy for myself in a heartbeat.

Promis Life operated professionally and promptly in assessing and making payment of the claim.

Highly recommend after such an emotional difficult time due to my Mum passing away, Mum named me as the contact but I was too upset so my sister in law asked if she could deal with the paperwork they were very helpful, we both had to fill in forms my sister in law put in the claim as I was an emotional mess, paperwork sent and payment was received a week later, my Mum's funeral invoice has now been paid, what a relief off mine and my brother's shoulders, thank you for all your help

I had to make a claim on behalf of my cousin who had passed away I called promis life and was dealt with in a professional manner they required certain documents that I sent recorded delivery and true to their word I received my cousins life insurance within five days into my bank account 10 out of 10 for service

I made a claim it was done great and very easy process.

I had to make a claim and the process was quick, simple and very easy. Got the payment in a few days.

Now I am really worried. Promis Life's website is no longer a proper fully functioning website.
What is going on? Have I lost all of my money from paying years into this policy?

1star 69% bad opinion this is all about this Company I did mistake for choice this Company for my insurance life after 30 days ….I lost money from 2 years then where going this money ????? Who take this money ??? Gift for someone surprise for me good Company give me back I cancel my insurance life my choice I don’t know about law
Thank God I cancel now not after few years

I've been with promis life for 2 years or so. Recently there wasn't enough money in my account to pay them. They wrote to me, I rang them & put up the policy paying more each month. The only thing I'm concerned about is I heard today promis life doesn't exist anymore. Please can you put my mind at rest

These people was taking money off my account I'm not even with them my bank stepped in and got me my money back now they reckon I owe them money. Stay away from this company at all cost

Only giving 4stars as not really had much contact, I got a quote, signed up to a tenner a month and sat back knowing my loved ones are covered in the event of my passing. I don't understand all the negative reviews, if you think something is off just call them.

Hi I was took unawares while suffering mental health issues .2019 I'm 45 now I've been paying 35 per month no updates bo paper work nothing.Andcit only covers 14.445 pounds.Everybody has said that's a joke for someone my age.it was iptq that set this up I called promise life 10 minutes ago.she told me I pay until I'm 90 omg there is already well over a thousand been paid.i explained I'm 45 I'm only covered for 14.455 pounds and you want me to pay if I live long enough all that money way over or loose what I have paid.discusting.im going to see about taking this further.this is so wrong single parent on benifits.discusting...

Thank you for the service. Sadly my mother passed and needed to claim. Such quick service less than a week from claiming to receiving the money for her burial. Appreciate this made the grieving process easier.

Have a plan with these 4 times I’ve phoned for a welcome pack so I know what I’m fully covered for all they send is one piece paper with a policy number on an absolute shambles staff don’t have a clue what there doing

Rang them with claim..they sent paperwork..filled it all in with certificate..rang them 5 days ago on a Friday was told money would be in account by the Tuesday ..money was in account in the Monday..very well dealt with

I am very surprised at all the negative reviews. I took out a funeral plan with Promis Life at a reasonable monthly cost.
When my partner passed away I claimed and was paid out promptly and with the minimum of fuss.

I’m quite shocked at all these negative reviews …. This company have been perfect so far ….. I received my gift card …. When I call I get a very quick response …. I’ve no idea why they are no longer taking insurance policies but I’m happy with my over 50 plan 🤗
