Contacted Prompt and Precise when my fridge freezer broke down. They were prompt in replying (it was a Saturday night at 20.40). Very courteous, incredibly helpful and honest in their advice enabling me to make the best decision with regard to replacing the appliance given the nature of the problem. I will use them again and have no hesitation to recommend them.

My washing machine broke at 8am and was fixed by 11am, great service, great price - what more can you ask for? Stuart is a really lovely, friendly guy who fixed the issue quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend Prompt & Precise.

I spoke to Carl re my fridge freezer problem and he was very helpful re getting someone out to me along with emailing me a replacement choice as my current one was finished. Stuart was friendly and professional and initially investigated the problem and then returned to take it away. Great team, professional, trustworthy and competitive prices. What a joy to find such excellent service locally. Stuart came within a couple of days of me contacting him at the time he had specified. He fixed the problem with my fridge very quickly at a reasonable price and I'm delighted.

This is the second time I have used these guys. 16 months ago we had problems with our washing machine. Stuart came out a few times and sorted it. One call out fee for 3 months so no extra charges for extra visits.
Last week our oven gave up after 10 years and I was worried we would be looking at a new one. I emailed on Friday and by the end of Monday, Stuart had called and fitted a new part. Peace of mind for the next 3 months too.
They respond quickly, are trustworthy and do not try to make you buy new; they always look to repair.
Cannot recommend Prompt and Precise enough.

Brilliant customer service and communication, dishwasher wasn't fixed on first visit, part then sorted and second visit scheduled in very quickly. Highly recommended.

Our Caple oven broke not long before Christmas and due to the age of it, we were advised to contact Prompt & Precise where we spoke with Stewart on the 16 Dec. Stewart came out promptly on 18 Dec to look at our oven and confirmed the control panel had broke. Stewart followed up locating the control panel but unfortunately, despite the prompt efforts, there was not enough time for the part to be delivered and fixed before Christmas. However, Stewart came out on the 27 Dec and fixed our oven. Great advice and service provided throughout. Very happy with the work completed by Prompt & Precise and would definitely reuse/ recommend in the future!

Stuart attended on behalf of Caple to review and repair the issue of the extractor hood not working. The was undertaken under warranty.
On his first visit he identified that the circuit board required replacement.
Once he was in possession of the replacement part, a date was agreed for installation.
He arrived at the appointed time (messaged before to confirm his arrival).
Stuart replaced the circuit board which resolved the problem.
He was clean and tidy with a pleasant personality. Would certainly recommend him.

These guys are just amazing, delivering platinum plus service through the whole engagement repairing our wine fridge. They had to make several trips, due to issues with a 3rd party supplier sending them the right parts, complete honesty and transparency helped significantly manage expectations but no 'blame' culture. I will use them again in a heartbeat

Stuart provides a good service at a reasonable price. Well recommended! He replaced a hose on our Miele dishwasher after a mouse had damaged it. He also unblocked a hob stove that wasn't working. A nice person to speak with as well.
