Please be careful⊠they are the biggest scam. They will answer until you pay up front. I had to pay them $1,300 and then Michael never answer a single phone call afterwards. I had a terrible experience with Pronto Income Tax. After over a year of delays, poor communication, and repeated requests, my filing was never completed.
They claim work was done, but I received no real progress, no filings, and no actual service beyond just now vague emails and messages blaming me for missing forms. Iâve since received notices from the IRS directly, proving that nothing was submitted on my behalf.
When I asked for a refund, they refused and deflected responsibility. I no longer trust this company and believe their practices are unethical and potentially fraudulent.
I strongly advise others to stay away and report any similar issues to the IRS and consumer protection agencies. They just now answered after I threatened to report them which I now will do .
