Only prop firm I trust
The concept trading have become the only prop firm I trust. They are actually looking for and encourage good traders. Not like other firms who have ponzi scheme and rely on traders failing. Everything is fast including payouts. Support is responsive. Time and patience and you can trade large funds with this firm. Highly recommended.

Experience was good with customer service and easy set up , I just messed a few trades up and hit draw down 😔 didn't get to pay out bit on live account so can't comment on that.

Best practical prop firm
This is the best practical prop firm. We can trade in our style without any restrictions. Just have to stick on to maximum total drawdown.

No Nonesense Prop Firm
Amazing Prop Firm with simple, straightforward rules. Looking forward towards my first payout and scaling my account. Hear nothing but good things. Passed the challenge with ease with EasyFunded EA for MT5 within a few hours. Was able to rent it and received great support throughout the process.

Don't take them as your partner propfirm. They're arrogant...their explaination doesn't make sense
I was stepped out by their system and they didn't want to recover my account. My last position when stepped out was in XAUUSD: buy 0.30 2351.04 --> 2333.23 and sell 0.30 2346.72 --> 2339.24. How come last price differ so far / spread $6.01?

Thank you for your review. We are sorry your experience with us was not up to scratch. We note that you were both long and short gold from different entry prices.
As mentioned to you in our communication, this does not guarantee a complete hedge and you can still incur losses. Long trades must exit at the bid price, short trades must exit at the ask price. So when you are both long and short, you will never exit at same price. Your strategy is not the perfect hedge and not a viable way to use as a stop loss. Far better just to place a stop loss itself.
Further, as you were holding trades over the weekend, when market re-opens on Monday morning, there is often a large spread on all pairs, not just gold. This is due to low liquidity early on Monday morning. You can view this anytime you wish by applying the Ask price to your charts and see for yourself exactly what we were trying to explain to you. Yes spread on gold can be extremes at times. This is not manipulated by us (we outsource execution to a 3rd party broker). It is not even the broker doing it, as they are an STP broker. This is the Liquidity Provider and normal for an LP to offer prices they deem suitable to current conditions.
I have been trading in the markets for 30+ years so I believe I know what I am talking about. I do apologize if my explanation is not clear enough for you to understand and to make sense for you.

I have had nothing but good experiences…
I have had nothing but good experiences so far. The service and "restrictions" or rather lack there of really make this prop firm stand out.
I recently failed an account challenge due to a large delay in trade execution. Weather this be the fault of the platform or on the brokers end or a technical glitch somewhere I am unsure. But the customer service received, and a new account granted to me at no charge to say sorry. The customer service is unparalleled and I cannot complain. Well done guys. Glad to see a company that is trying to do some good

Wonderful Experience
I’ve never been somebody who writes reviews frequently, but The Concept has exceeded my expectations as a company, a brand, and a community. I’ve been involved with proprietary trading firms over the last three years. I’ve just recently stumbled across The Concept Trading. Their business model is a breath of fresh air when it comes to finally being clear and concise - something we haven’t seen in the forex trading industry. Not to mention they are the world’s first fully regulated prop firm! I finally feel safe investing with this company, and have found hope again for the future of my trading career. If I ever have a question or comment, I found a family in their community chats. I don’t know if the team sleeps at all because they get back to me within minutes at any hour lol. I can’t wait to continue trading with this firm and grow together.

Great service and quick payouts
Service and communication is really good. Payouts are great I’ve had about 8 payouts from TCT and all within days of invoicing. Only thing I would improve is the time it takes to get email confirmation on passing and new account details.
