I absolutely love Propalt. Not just what it does but the after sales support is fantastic. Not that I ever have any issues, however lately I was struggling with something. My email was responded to very quickly and without hesitation, Grant reached out and we booked a video session so we could go through things together. As it happened - the thing I was struggling with wasn't Propalt, it was the software I was using for my mailers! Propalt have won me business - why wouldn't you use it!

I had the pleasure with dealing with Matt Hoy who was extremely approachable, gave a great demo and knows the product inside out. Follow-up communication was very quick and we were able to get things secured within a day

Matt and Grant have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From helping us decide whether Propalt was the right fit for our business, to demonstrating everything the platform can do, and then providing thorough training, their support has been exceptional from start to finish.
Grant, in particular, has been incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. He's always been happy to jump on a call whenever I've needed help while learning the system. He's also gone above and beyond by helping me set up templates and letterheads—something I definitely wouldn't have been able to achieve on my own.
The platform itself is brilliant. The amount of data we now have access to is incredible, and being able to turn that into targeted mailing campaigns is a real game-changer. There are thousands of valuable data points to work with, and I genuinely believe this will be a huge asset in helping our company grow.
I couldn't recommend Propalt highly enough. The platform is excellent, but it's the outstanding customer service and ongoing support received from Matt and Grant that really makes all the difference. Thank you both!

I felt that Grant really cared about my user-experience of Propalt and this was illustrated by his willingness to change the conversation piece in line with me asking lots of different questions all at once, seemingly! He also shared private numbers so i can get hold of him any time which shows that he sincerely wants to help out.

Great System. Great Service. Great Support. Grant/Matt have been very patient with us whilst we decided if PropAlt would be beneficial for us as a buisness. After 2-Demos we decided to proceed, and within a week of utilising have already secured a handful of clients from the outward marketing. There are on-going improvements being made constantly but Grant has kept us informed and welcomed feedback to improve for the end-user.

Grant is helpful, approachable and friendly. I'm using it to target specific houses for a client, and he gave clear instructions during our meeting.

I have been using Propalt now for the past year and it has been a game changer for my business. I have had demo's with a lot of the competitors and it seems to me that it's definitely ahead of curve when it comes to data, user interface and the capabilities.

We have managed to write tons of business as a result of using Propalt and being able to get direct access to landlords. I have also purchased my own property on the back of building a relationship with a landlord who came from Propalt. So all round a great service and will continue using.

I’ve been using PropAlt and it’s a genuinely useful tool for prospecting. The data is clear, accurate and easy to filter, and the letter-sending feature saves a huge amount of time when reaching out to potential clients.

Propalt is a great 'tool' to focus direct mail to go out on an automated basis, saving me time on such tasks.
