Chris Rich made the whole process of the deal very straightforward. The initial quote was prompt and well explained. Following my acceptance of the quote, things went extremely smoothly and was completed successfully within a matter of days. Chris also took the time to come and see me - I really appreciated the personal touch.

Mis-sold me unregulated hire agreement for a mobile phone. Over £3000! complained and they threatened court action if I didnt pay, so I CONTINUE to make the monthly payments. County Court claim arrived in the post 2 days ago for over £1300 of INTEREST!!! No prior warning or anything. Obviously I am going to defend it, cant wait to meet RYHS LAVENDER in person.

Absolutely the best finance company I've dealt with.
Alex was very easy to talk to, explained everything step by step, really quick reply on the approval and dealt with the motor dealers and my request with out fault, really went the extra mile.
Added bonus of having a connection to my bank which made me feel comfortable with the loan, very good rate as well.

I purchased a drop side truck and then a LWB Transit via Propel. This was all made possible by Lucas Lukianow and his team. Easy process with no hassle. These two vehicles have been a major contribution to my small business growth. I will use propel when I need more vehicles.

Propel were extremely efficient and gave a quote within hours, after some minor adjustments the paperwork was completed efficiently within a couple of days. After the machine was delivered Propel contacted us to see all was in order and again after a months use. Excellent service from Sarah and would use again without hesitation.
