I’ve been using Property Engine for just a month and honestly, it’s been a game changer for my property sourcing. It’s allowed me to collate a large number of deals in such a streamlined and efficient way. You can really tell that every feature has been carefully thought through by Jamie, nothing feels unnecessary or clunky. One thing that really stands out is the support. If you ever need help, Jamie is incredibly responsive, which makes a huge difference when you’re in the middle of doing deals.

I genuinely wish I had discovered Property Engine at least 6 months earlier, it would have taken my sourcing to a completely different level much sooner. The viewing planner alone is amazing. It helps me prioritise which agents to call and organise my day so I can maximise the number of viewings. That feature by itself saves so much time and mental energy.

Without a doubt, I would recommend Property Engine to anyone in property, whether you’re a sourcer, investor, or developer. Absolutely worth it!

The filters are on another level—far more advanced and customisable than what you'd get on Rightmove or Zoopla. I can pinpoint exactly what I'm looking for without wasting time scrolling through irrelevant listings.

The email notifications are super sharp too. Unlike Rightmove or Zoopla, PropertyEngine alerts me to the right deals, fast, without all the noise. And don’t even get me started on the deal calculators—they’re amazing. They’ve helped me quickly assess whether a property is worth pursuing, saving me hours of manual work.

If you find yourself constantly searching Rightmove and Zoopla, do yourself a favour and give PropertyEngine a try. It’s made a massive difference to how I find and analyse property deals. I can’t recommend it enough!

I have had PropertyEngine for some time and think it is a fantastic tool for finding the property to suit your requirements. It saves you endless time because of its functionality and the specifics you want to search for are all there.
In property (in a hot market) finding properties quickly is essential, trawling through Rightmove just doesn't do it and you will miss so many gems that will only be on the market for a matter of days.
I love the calculation tools it has all the detail needed so no expense incurred is missing and you will know your profit is true and accurate in any purchase. This is the key to profitable investing, it is a very powerful tool and massively reduces the chance of buying the wrong property! Whatever property stratergy you are doing there is a calculator for it.
So much more I could add to why you should get this tool. This is a property source's dream with templates so you can do a brochure to market your deal.
The customer service is excellent and responsive, I asked if a Google maps link could be added and within an hour it was active. This is a product that is actively being improved with features that help and serve anyone who is active in property. As long as I'm doing property I will have Property Engine.

As a property sourcing agent I find this invaluable, not only for identifying suitable properties but also appraising the deals and producing reports for my investors.

Absolutely brilliant software.

It makes an absolute breeze of scraping through hundreds of properties. The list of features on this site is absurd. Some of my personal favourites:
- Custom labels you can add to properties you are looking at and to keep track of them.
- Full addresses
- Easy to view comparables / links
- Viewing planner
- Great built-in calculators for all strategies.

Can't recommend PropertyEngine highly enough!

Absolutely phenomenal piece of tech.
After the first 5 minutes of the demo I knew this was a game changer for me. I struggle to manage my day job and get the property sourcing business off the ground but this allows me to do so much research and cuts down so many hours of admin work. It’s saved me the need to get a VA for another year at least. Completely recommended for anyone needing to save time whilst they’re starting out.

Great platform and very easy to use. The reports are in detail and it’s priced just right. Customer service has always been good
