offer 85 % .

William called immediately I made an online enquiry re sale of a tenanted property. He explained clearly and concisely how Property Rescue operate, what they do and how much they could pay.
If I do decide to sell the property in this way I would certainly consider Property Rescue as a result of William's presentation.

The agent was really helpful, i do apologise i forgot his name but he was quite good. I decided its not the route for me as it doesn’t cover my mortgage but they were quite honest and transparent.

Really disappointed with the experience received. I know how cash buying companies work and do understand we were never get the full value of our property however I tried to explain our situation and Andreas kept saying they wouldn’t change their offer. Their website states up to 90% of the value of the property however we were only offer 75%. Although I understand the way it works I wouldn’t be recommending this company.

Excellent customer service was provided by Noah. The reviews do not lie when they say the agents were very helpful and glad I made my choice based on that. Even though I only enquired to get an estimate, he went above and beyond in providing further advice and actually listened. I would recommend it even if it's just advice you're after.
