Yes you dealt with my parents esatate yes, and sold at stupid price and we was nevrr spoken to about how you dealt with this sale , has when i spoke with a agent we were never allowed to be told anythink had always go back to you in which we wasnt up dated at all never for replies, you dealt with the house under our noses , sorry if you dnt like my review but there is no lies here at all.

You was dealing with my mums estate so yes this involves you do dnt try make it this doesn't involve you has it does. I'm allowed a opinion and this is true to my knowledge .

And yea i was with you , you dealt with our inheritance zoe thn passes to joah a bloody junior in training ...I will never go with these again nothink but trouble, very rude in emails , offered go in talk wouldn't allow , my mum been passed away nearly 3 years my sister can't get her inheritance they said she has tell thm in writing what she wants for my mum paid good money to these people when she was alive 😢 they made many mistakes on way undercut our inheritance so had wait longer to be rectified no remorse from these people all can say is stay clear if inheritance your dealing with .

I contacted this company eight days ago and was told they would look into my request and get back to me. They did not. I rang back two days later to be told they would call me back. They did not. I rang them again today. Two minutes later a received a blunt text telling me they could not help.
Not being able to help is acceptable but the poor customer service and lack of communication is not.

Telephoned this estate agents who from start to finish of the process were absolutely fantastic. Jake who handled everything as complicated due to vendors awaiting solicitors reply as to families involved replying kept in touch all the way and was superb to say the least. Brad, Craig and Sam did a fantastic job in upgrading our bathroom. The supplier, Ripples, were very poor in delivering the products to be installed but Sam's guys persevered over a 4 month period and delivered a high quality finish that we're delighted with. Their eye to detail and the attitude of not presenting problems but coming up with solutions made the experience as good as it could have been. I've recommended Sam and the guys to friends and would happily do so again

Tom Mattock, gave her great help and advice in selling a property recently. He checked in regularly with us and was always asking if there was anything else he could do to help.

Whilst the buyer’s premium is a little exceptional, I found my experience as a buyer with PSG to be great. I want to give special appreciation to Tracy Mifsud, who was available and supportive throughout with chasing all parties. Tracy always replied quickly to emails and was available on the phone. She was polite, professional, empathetic and supportive throughout a purchase which was stressful at times due to other factors. Thank you!
