Simon is incredibly honest and transparent very reliable and always available to answer questions and resolve issues. Nothing is too much trouble.

Dealt with Simon, who was helping with an assisted move, whilst a property was being held for us. All started off fine, answered our calls, very responsive, nothing was too much trouble. Once we found out from the property developer that our part ex offer was no longer on the table (After being advised by Simon MULTIPLE times, that the Part Ex offer was our fallback option if we couldn’t sell our property in the allotted window, and why wouldn’t we try the assisted move route as we were in a ”Win Win Situation”), Simon then wouldn’t answer the phone or speak to us at all. We have lost our dream home due to Property Trade (Simon) getting involved and out right lying to us. My advice, deal directly with the property developer and estate agents. Cut out the middleman!!

Stay away from this company very cheeky and arrogant not very helpful worse company I have ever came across

Definitely THE worst outfit I have ever dealt with. I would NEVER buy or sell through them. I'd say be Very Very careful, but I'd rather help you by saying AVOID at all costs, otherwise you will regret it.

I was supported in all elements of my house sale and new purchase by Simon. He always had time to talk me through the latest crisis and nothing was ever too much bother. He was incredibly knowledgeable, paid attention to detail and followed up on every action in an extremely timely manner. He made me feel relaxed through what was an incredibly stressful time, without him I don’t think I would have got to move into my new house. Great character, attitude and a real pleasure to do business with.

Simon has been amazing throughout this move. Having lived at our current home for nearly 15 years we were very nervous and unsure as to what to expect. He guided us through and was always available whenever we needed help or advice and very reassuring if things didn't go quite as planned....and always had a solution. He is very knowledgeable and has made this experience much less stressful for us. Thanks for all your help Simon....we finally have our dream home.

Buying the house through simon was straight forward and easy, while it was long and new experience me as a first time buyer, I particularly appreciated the effort simon put in to get the completion over line but most of all i was impressed with the excellent communication to keep me in the loop throughout the whole process.

Simon has just helped us with our house purchase. He was working on behalf of the property we were purchasing but couldn't do enough to help us. He truly cared about us and our situation and went above and beyond to help things go as smoothly as possible. He's a star and anybody who has the pleasure of working with him or getting his help is exceptionally lucky. He's extremely kind, caring and funny and made our house sale/purchase a better experience. He took so much of the stress and hassle away from us and we can't ever thank him enough.

From start to finish of such a big purchase theses guys really made us feel comfortable.
Made things easier as Simon always answered the phone and advised us with any questions or queries we had.
Overall a excellent service.

From start to finish, Simon was a constant source of information. Providing regular updates and chasing where necessary. Nothing was too much trouble. Simon also went out of his way to enable me to access the property at short notice. Many thanks Simon.
