Once again we have used Selahattin to sell a property for us. He advised us on the correct price of our property and we sold within days. Everything as always went to plan and all wrapped up before we left for England He has an amazing warm and friendly team and we are so lucky to have found him. 100 percent great service .

We recently sold our villa, which we had owned for 5 years, with Selahattin at Property Wizard Turkey. From start to finish, he was super trustworthy, honest, and reliable. We felt completely confident throughout the process, and his professionalism made everything straightforward and stress-free. We would happily recommend Selahattin to all of our friends and family!

I bought and sold my Villa with this company. Selo (the estate agent) is a true professional in his in his own field of expertise. He made the buying and selling experience a breeze. His market know-how got me a great price both in buying and selling. He provided effective communication, smooth and fast throughout the process. He’s extremely friendly, and very reliable too - 5 star rating all the way. I would definitely recommend him to any expat or local national who wants to buy a property in Turkiye.

After buying another property through Selo (who was then working for another company) almost ten years ago, I instantly felt we had, at long last found someone who was a genuine agent who was honest , reliable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, how he put up with my endless questions I will never know to this day, after all, buying in Turkiye was a massive move for us but we did.
Ever since then we have kept in contact with Selo as friends.
Selo always always knew we eventually wanted to move as our ultimate dream was to live in the countryside with breathtaking views & then suddenly out of the blue after tens years he called me & said “ I think I’ve found what you have been dreaming of “ and that he certainly did, we viewed it, fell in love with it and put the offer in, amazingly after all those years he shared our vision ….what a memory !!!!
Next step was to sell our property in Calis and with no hesitation we used Selo at Property wizard and why wouldn’t we, in our opinion, he’s the best around. He was there the same day, taking pictures, next day the brochure was put together and he marketed it hard and fast, within a week we had received an offer and a deposit was in our bank.
Unfortunately there were issues with the Tapu being in my wife’s maiden name which caused a major problem but Selo being Selo jumped straight in with what we needed to do, unfortunately it meant relying on the UK passport office to provide the information, to cut a long story short it took months but he guided us throughout the whole process, even recommending a Turkish Lawyer in Convent Garden, London who was incredible to deal with and not very expensive.
Four months later our forever dream home is being being renovated, our old house in Calis was turn key so they are happy buyers & I’ve got say without this genuine, hard working, knowledgable and extremely helpful man I don’t think our move would have happened, believe me, he’s one of a kind, a great company, whether buying or selling Property Wizard is your first stop…
On a personal note, once again, thank you for finding us our forever dream home & when it’s completed you are more than welcome over to join us for a coffee.

We engaged Sallahutin’s services to sell the villa in the midst of what they call “the worst time to sell”.
He proved to be an excellent estate agent by all accounts. He, not only found us a buyer but also organised everything that needed doing to make it a smooth and quick sale despite some unfortunate circumstances at our end. I chose Selahatin originally because I saw such good reviews on his work ethic and the agents I was with weren't really getting the footfall through the door. He was very easy going and laid back. Perfect English and got onto the job immediately. He stayed in contact and was very responsive to all questions and concerns. He works with other agents too, so the viewings went up almost straight away. Again, keeping up communications throughout. When it finally came time to get the sale through, he stayed with me throughout the entire process. He was hugely patient, as I was emotional and stressed. Selahattin, sold us our villa in Seydikemer a few years back and was amazing from the very start. Sela is totally honest and transparent, he is very. Knowledgeable and helpful, I wouldnt use anyone else for either buying or selling a property in Turkey and would recommend highly.
