I ordered product from ProProducts which was not delivered to me. I first contacted the deliverer who said it had been delivered. I then contacted ProProducts who, after contacting me twice to apologize, sent another shipment immediately. I received the product today and have installed it. It fit perfectly, looks great, and was reasonably easy to install.

I recently had a new air heating and cooling unit put into my home and I wanted to remove the old electric small wall heaters. I searched all the hardware and big box stores locally and then searched extensively online until I finally found the solution I was looking for, at the website of Pro Products, to cover the whole in the wall where the old heaters would come out. The team at Pro Products helped me order exactly what I needed, and told me, through chat, exactly when it would show up at my door. Today it arrived right on time and it is the perfect solution. I inquired about product availability for an access door, and got a response (personal, live via chat) almost immediately not only telling me that the doors were available to be shipped the same day, but also noting a couple of hints about how best to mount the door depending on available framing. I'll absolutely be coming back to this site if I ever need to purchase something that they happen to carry.
