Delighted with the service and work by pro property yet again. They went out of their way to help me when my boiler failed helping me choose a suitable replacement and arranging prompt fitting. Very reasonable prices, excellent service I cannot recommend Dean and his team highly enough.

When I have used Pro Property Ltd for new boiler, fuse board and servicing yearly, I have always found them to be prompt, polite and friendly and trustworthy and would recommend them. - Dave B

excellent service, always on time, all very polite and nothing is too much trouble.

Full bathroom renewal, stripped back to walls, full re tile, new WC suite, washbasin and shower enclosure.
Possibly not the cheapest but all excellently organised with each day itemised and all associated trades Inc plasterer, electrician, plumber, tiler, window fitter brought together.
Always kept us informed and listened to what we wanted. Would unhesitatingly recommend.
With Pro Property you get a well organized professional job finished to a high standard with minimal hassles.

Friendly, reliable and efficient service! From the all the proproperty team, trades men to the office staff. Would highly recommend using proproperty.

Dean and his team carried out a brilliant job. I had a new bathroom fitted and everything went smoothly. Dean was continuously in contact with me regarding dates and times etc. I would highly recommend to anyone as the team were clean and professional. I will be calling upon him again in the future ! Thankyou

Another quality job by these guys, really know their stuff, boiler serviced and repaired just before the lock down, really pulled out all the stops to get us going again. Reasonable price too for such a professional service. Highly recommended.

I have used pro property a number of times and they have always done a good job. Will use them again.

I have paid into the gold option with proproperty for some years, and it has been a god send. Nothing is too much trouble I get through to someone straight away, the problem I have is given to the appreciate person for the job and this is carried out swiftly and professionally.
In fact Dean and his co workers go above and beyond offering advise and support. I am moving house soon one of my 1st priorities is continuing my gold option with pro property I am a very happy customer and cannot reccomend them enough .

Well organised, efficient and quality tradesmen. A reliable and friendly company that produces quality workmanship. I would definitely use them again, just saving up for bathrooms next 🙂

We have been using Pro Property for a good few years now for our boiler servicing and the service and response to any issues has always been great from Dean an his team.

However, I just wanted to add a note of going over and above from Dean this week during the CV-19 lockdown.

We were decorating and had an electrical problem with one of the ceiling lights which kept popping the fuse.

I called Pro Property and spoke to Dean. With me up the ladder and via WhatsApp on my mobile Dean took a look, spotted the problem and talked me through putting it right ... problem solved … and socially distanced as well!

If you are looking for a proper Sheffield, family run, great value home maintenance company you won't go far wrong.

Cheers Team Pro Property.
