Snelle levering

I was hesitant to purchase overseas but that was the only reliable place I could find this product. Shipping was quick and I received my order in a very reasonable time. Would order again from Proptics.

Zeer snelle levering en correct

I have a excelent experience with proptics. They reply to my mails in couple minutes. I recomend proptics to buy quality, and I will buy again. They are Dutch but they speak English too.
Proptics are at same level or above like others famous Dutch companies well known in same business

Voor het eerst hier iets besteld.
Kende de site niet direct maar alle goederen prefect toegekomen. Ook goeie info gekregen als ik per mail want info vroeg en altijd snel een antwoord gekregen.
Hier doe ik nog aankopen.

Website looks sketchy but after ordering i received the parcel the next day. Also received a personal email from the owner.
Suggestion is to step away from free wordpress and to add business details.

I would like to add to the overwhelming number of positive reviews here but unfortunately, my experience was nothing like them.

I was looking to purchase a Fortmeir bipod but wasn’t sure which adapter would be required for my RPR. My initial contact was good with quick responses to my queries and an adapter was recommended. Once I placed my order it was dispatched quickly. But when it arrived I found that although the adapter fitted the rifle it didn’t fit the bipod. I tried contacting proprics.eu first by using the emails that we had been communicating on, then using the enquiry form on their website. Finally, I tried phoning where I discovered that the telephone number on the website does not exist. I have not received any response from any of my communications. I have been forced to source an adapter from another supplier at a much higher cost and have been left with one that I have no use for.

I have finally been contacted by proptics.eu regarding this who have apologised for the delay as they were away for the week. They have offered a refund for the unsuitable adapter. Accordingly, I have upgraded my rating to 3 stars.

Ordered a new ZCO optic which, unfortunately, was out of stock. Placed the order and had to wait quite some time because delivery on these optics is long at the moment. Denis was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and giving me status updates along the way.

I can only recommend this shop - 5/5 stars.
