I integrated my yelp and thumbtack with literally one click, and now I just watch new bookings appear in my schedule. I don’t even message customers anymore, the AI handles everything.

Really like how everything works from the phone. now techs just handle everything from their phone- invoice, payment, job updates, messaging the customer, all on the spot. We’re closing jobs faster and getting paid right away.

We mainly switched to prosbuddy because of the ai bots - one answers incoming messages, another one does outbound calls to leads. honestly it’s been super convenient for us. A lot of the communication now just happens automatically, it replaced a whole sales team for us. leads get replies right away, follow ups happen, calls go out, without us having to manage everything. Bookings are basically on autopilot now… which is exactly what we needed.
