No transparency regarding personal details sharing of customers
They have a no money back policy. After paying for certain tools they are asking for watsapp details facebook details. Even in the screen they are asking to connect watsapp and FB. However even after giving them they are asking through FB messenger for all account details like LinkedIn,twitter Instagram etc. They are just keeping a clause that 'if customer doubts or hesitate to share details due to privacy concerns they can buy other tools'. My question is without telling so and so accounts will be verified how customer will know what will be verified? I think they should be more transparent about what information they need before payment so customers have an option to choose them or not. update on 14 Jul 2023 -they have shown the courtesy to convert my plan to small combo plan.thanks to them.
