Never trust this company! Specially the owner Gary Phillips!

They deserve a 0 ! Ordered June 30 and still no AC. Will not respond to emails or calls. Only the answering service anytime of day.

I filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission last week for fraud. I’m done with this crap. I encourage you all to do the same! That might get their attention if the FTC calls! I just want my money back

I am having same problem. Will not answer my emails or phone calls. Worried if I order an air conditioner from another company, they will then ship the ac to me without notice and charge my credit card. Would cost too much money for me to return a 130 lbs. ac. But I cannot cancel the order because their website is not set up to do so. I also wished I had researched this company. What is so hard to reply to a simple answer of when will my ac be shipped. I ordered 8/3 and order said would
be shipped 8/18, but it has not been shipped. Yes, just an answering service answers the phone, so she can't help you.

Shame on me for not doing enough homework online before using this company.

Zero customer service. No one to talk to. A nice woman that works as their answering service was zero help.

Placed an order mid July (2022)... still says "processing" on their website. The woman could not get anyone on the phone that is in charge of orders. Said they'd call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. She said the same thing when I just called again.

Told her to cancel my order... "oh you'll have to talk to someone in the order department".

Not sure how this company is still in business. Stay the F away from this one.

Purchased item which was advertised in stock and that day cc was charged. 3 days later called to see if it had shipped. Was told they would call back. Next day called again and they promised to call back. Couldn't contact the warehouse. 3 days later called again and she was very nice, just the answering service. Could not contact the back and said they would call. Contacted my credit card company to reverse charge.

I placed an order on July 7, according to the receipt, ship date was July 22. I have called and emailed numerous times trying to get a status update on my order and I have gotten nowhere. No return phone calls or emails. It's bad business to take a customer's money and then ignore them.

Worse company ever, never returns calls. Avoid at all costs!

Most terrible company i have ever dealt with. I called and spoke to the ONLY sales and customer service rep Gary, he helped me decide which ones to buy, even got me the 5% discount, and then NOTHING. That was 3 weeks ago. I have called dozens of times, emailed dozens of times, got mad, got upset, cried, yelled, nothing. NO ONE WILL EVER ANSWER. This company shouldn't be allowed to be OPEN ..You don't treat people spending their hard earned $$ with you business this way! There isn't even a manager to talk to . Just This GARY person that is ALWAYS away from his desk, well, after you give your name any way....Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

Worthless company! I purchased some furnace's from them. I was told they would be shipped the next day. It's been well over a month and still nothing. I called them 5 times and every time they said someone would call me back. Not once did I receive a call back.

Ordered equipment and have got the run around with no idea where the equipment is. Every time I call the Answering service says there is no one available and I would get a call back, ten calls later and nothing. I was already charged for the equipment weeks ago and now I'm not even sure if if this company is legit.

Placed an order, had to call to find out status of my order. Was told it was on a shipping container scheduled to be released in 10 days. I still haven't heard anything. Was also told I would be emailed information for other products. Still have not received anything. Person on the phone seemed knowledgeable.
