Scammers, put wrong delivery address on parcel, I'm now thinking this is past of the scam so that they get the goods returned to them and keep the payment!!!!

i want a refund and they wont get back to me

SONS FOOTBALL BOOTS THAT I PAID WELL OVER 100 QUID FOR FALLEN TO BITS, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE CONTACTED THEM NUMEROUS OF TIMES TO GET NO REPLY...THIS SITE WANTS SHUTTING DOWN... MY SONS FOOTBALL BOOTS ARE IN BITS HAVING WORE THEM A HANDFUL OF TIMES WORSE BOOTS EVER. I WANT A REFUND!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS... ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!!

Really bad costumer service!
Next day delivery order hasn’t arrived and it’s been 2 days!
Nobody responds to emails,
after trying ALL DAY to speak to someone on live chat they assured me that my order will arrive (and it was a gift) still haven’t arrived!
Next day Tried again and Finally managed to speak to someone on live chat, but they tell me my order was created just today, so I’ve sent them email confirmation with order number(which is a proof that it’s been created 2 days ago) and they say even tho my order will arrive tomorrow which is 3days, I’ve asked for my money back for next day delivery I paid £8 but they offered me £3 its a joke, will never order again!

After around 6 months i finally received my order, the shoes were fake so i returned them. I had to pay 32€ to send the shoes back with an post office. Now the shoes are in China, but they dont take the package. I can see on the tracking website that the postman went past the adress THREE times but they didnt take the order and i still have no refund. So now i have NO shoes, NO refund and i also payed 32€ EXTRA to return the boots.
Oh yeah and also, i posted two reviews before and they deleted both saying i didn't give any information while i literally put my order number there. My order number is #65588.

I have placed order #69153 and paid for $176.00 but my order has been cancelled. How can the store refund me?

After 2,5 months I still don’t have my shoes. A couple of times they told me it will be delivered in 2 weeks, but they lied. Nothing yet. I asked several times for a refund (I already bought new shoes at another company)but they don’t give it. A big malpractice. Terrible service and company.

Very bad experience, the item is fake and wrong size. They want me to shipped the item to china for refund and the return fees is almost the same price with the item. Do not buy and should be banned.

Absolutely shocking customer service, placed my order on 15th May 2021 order No 68156 and had no confirmation whatsoever of my order, no tracking either ...... absolute Scan do not order off this company!!! Just issue me a refund don’t want tracking details after nearly 2x weeks 🤬

We have ordered shoes (rather expensive ones), the order number is 67251 and it has been over a month, they haven't moved yet. They do not respond to any email I have sent. I do not think I even received a tracking number.... I will try a little more and then I might ask for help to get my money back.

This website is an absolute joke. I placed my order on April 20th, and still haven't received any shipping info. I have been going back and forth with someone on their instagram page since April 24th with no answers. They took my payment out the day after I ordered them, which I think is ridiculous because that usually doesn’t happen until the item is shipped.

I ordered a pair of cleats on 5/2/21 and have received zero communication with this company. Not an email, receipt or answer to any of the many Instagram messages I’ve sent. There is no way to call or communicate with a human. All I want is to know that the cleats are on the way! Why is that so difficult? I have proof of payment so if I need to get a lawyer I guess I will. It’s sad this company is taking advantage of its customers. I’d advise everyone who’s that the same issue to contact the better business bureau.

I've ordered mercurials and have been waiting for over a month now for them to come they have been sitting in a sorting center in China for a month now this company is a scam never buy from them unless I get my boots that I bought for over 110£ then im not doing anything I would like a full refund and my boots otherwise this company is a total scam

Really really not happy with this service, I ordered some football boots 16th April order number 67234 , I’ve had no tracking number, conformation or anything ,I’ve e mailed the address I was giving on Instagram 4 times and had no reply so then I wrote something on here which did reply saying that you had e mailed back but I’ve not received an e mail at all and said my boots had been dispatched and on their way , mmmmm still waiting , defo won’t be ordering again and will not recommend this company again , plus I’ve a very unhappy 12 year old footballer 😡

Ordered my pair on 7th of April order no.66890 , its 8th of may today its been a month for my order and it still hasn’t been shipped. I try to contact the team but they don’t respond to my calls or text and don’t even tell me the status of my order. Really disappointed. I’ve been calling them everyday and they don’t even respond.

It doesn't tell you when your purchase arrives and whenever I put the tracking number on to the website it just gives me the same information it gives on the email that they sent whenever I first purchased my item

This is my first time using this website I bought a pair of mercurial elites size 8 I placed my order on the 27 march and my order still says "Recieved" I haven't gotten any tracking number or any confirmation that my order is shipped only two emails Verfying that my order is placed I didn't want to do this review but now its has gotten out of hand and I hope that this isn't a scam Please respond ASAP I'm getting worried

Also, be aware, the positive reviews here look completely fake and are suspicious. We got caught out after quickly checking TrustPilot before purchasing and only looked at the overall star rating. The real customer experience is reflected in the authentic bad reviews Beware!!!

Firstly, the only confirmation mail I received was when I paid for the items. Where is my shipping confirmation? It would not be affected by SPAM filter if I received my confirmation email from you. Still, no shipping confirmation. Also, you have not responded to my repeated emails to support at prosoccerstore.co. Why are all your positive reviews suspicious, yet the negative reviews appear completely authentic with claims of delayed shipping and counterfeit goods?

Updated reply: Thanks for calling, I could not pick up as I am currently on a call. I will make sure to edit this review if it turns out to be a positive experience.
