Kelsey was very knowledgeable and informative when it came to discussing our recent buy to let mortgage. She was friendly and answered all of our queries in a timely manner. Kelsey was very approachable, patient and helpful throughout the whole buying process. No enquiry was too much and she was able to help not only in relation to mortgages but also offered valuable insights into the front-to-back purchase process (which I wasn't sure of).
