My engineer came on time and did my annual servicing of the monitored security system. Everything has been checked and tested to a quality level. Very impressed with the firms attitude and quality of care for the years I've been with them.

He came nice an early, was very polite and checked everything. I'm very happy with the service.

Protekta engineer was very helpful and knowledgable when helping with a fault on our alarm panel. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant Service as always from Protekta’s Team of engineers. I’ve been with the firm for a fair few years and I have never been able to fault them! Their customer service is second to none.

Everything was very clear and simple. The engineer, was very precise and friendly. The company has a very professional and clear approach as well as explanation with everything. All together a very positive experience. This is our second system from Protekta Security. Everything is very reassuring and I feel a lot safer within the property.

I’ve been a customer for a fair bit of time now and I can’t recommend Protekta Security’s service enough. Within an hour an engineer was sent directly to me to assist with my troubles and to help me get running. Every engineer I have had has been so patient and kind with me! I feel Safe and Happy with them.

The engineer was very neat and tidy. Was no remains of him even being here besides the equipment and the system! He was very efficient and informative going through everything in detail and being very patient with me. He had thought everything through and came up with a plan! such a brilliant experience as most trades don't do this; just come round a drill holes without considering what I would like.

The Monitored Security gives me peace of mind that if I get broken into, have a fire or even a medical emergency help is directly on the way to me.

Having a wonderful installer gave me great confidence. He was neat and tidy left no mess. I'm very happy with the system, it has also been very well explained and have been given endless support. Protekta Security has been excellent and professional. From first point of contact to the final end product. Couldn't ask for a better engineer. You have sent me a pleasant and wonderful fitter to put the system in and can and make me laugh.

James and the team had a very quick and brilliant service. It has all been installed by a caring and experienced engineer. Who took in to account all my needs. On commissioning the system and the means of using was very well presented and proofs to be a dependable, easy and reliable system to use.

Great experience all round. The engineer was polite, friendly and really knowledgeable. When consulted regarding what we wanted, we were given options and recommendations that were 5 star; brilliant advisor. We knew exactly what we were getting and what it would do. The initial contact was great and I now feel we have peace of mind.

Overall I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Protekta Security. Both the Representative and the engineer spent a lot of time in explaining how the system works and how it has given me piece of mind being well adapted to my requirements. Which included Carbon monoxide monitoring and Fire Brigade responce for my monitored smoke alarms and C/O alarms.

They were both very pleasant and polite in their approach. I felt I have been given a very good service. Would highly recommend Protekta security to anyone looking to improve their security.

Ethan and his team were reliable, have exceptional communication and great attention to detail. All in all they have gone above and beyond for the work needed and have given me complete peace of mind for my home security.

My alarm is accessible on my phone with an app and is being monitored 24/7 in case of any intruders or fires.

In just a few days of making my initial enquiry our new alarm was fitted.

Extremely prompt efficient service.

The alarm itself is fantastic, we can set it on our phones once we are all upstairs for the night. The whole family can have access to the alarm app so if any of us need to deactivate it, it’s easily done. Our fitter was competent / professional and the install was carried out to a high standard.

We sleep sounder knowing that our new alarm system is in place: Would strongly recommend this company to others.
