Very happy with the product, which was delivered on time ,product as described

Ordered on 18-05-23 and paid extra £25 (+VAT!) for next day delivery (Fri 19th). On 22-05-23 I received a text from Pall-Ex saying the order is "...now loaded and ready for delivery.."! I 'phoned ProTiler ... they promised a call-back with update. It didn't happen...I sent email asking for firm delivery day/time and for refund of the next-day delivery charge...I followed this later on with ANOTHER 'phone call. During this call I was informed I'd receive goods that day (22nd) and they reluctantly agreed to refund the next-day charge. Low and behold - nothing received (it's now 12-06-23), so I have been in touch with Barclaycard and the credit card company are refunding the next-day charge...and then taking it up with ProTiler.
The goods are fine. Service as poor.

I ordered 33 12mm Hardie backer boards on line as the price was very keen. Due to a pallet delivery I needed to pay £45 for this service but the over-all price was still cheaper than local stores. Did you know Jewsons are asking £37 a board, Pro Tiler offer them for a tad over £13! Though out the order process I was kept informed of the delivery and overall I'm very happy with the ordering process and Pro tiler.

Placed order on 4th and the item was delivered on the 7th (even on Bank holiday Sunday).

Good range of materials at a good price. Delivered as stated.

Under estimated tile bead needed on 1st order, ordered more to find they had delivered more than required with the 1st order.
Although extra bead was bent/twisted, still enough to complete my job, they canceled my second order and refunded money promptly.

Still hasn't been delivered despite it supposedly being out for delivery with FedEx for three days.. unable to contact either pro tiler tools or FedEx over the weekend. Causing delays to works which is extremely inconvenient.

Ordered 25 lengths of gold tile trim significantly cheaper than other suppliers. Was a little nervous it might not be good quality but it's all fitted now and very pleased with it. Looks great and good quality too.

Use them regularly. 90% of the time they’re competitive with their pricing and cheaper than buying materials or tools in some of my local ‘trade’ tile shops. Deliveries are fast, customer service is good, choice of products is expansive. Very happy with their service
