Ordered a Navy Blue shirt and received a black shirt also a Chinese 2XL is a USA large, so obviously didn't know the shirt was coming from China in the wrong size and color so I got ripped off for $55

Be careful, I bought one in 2XL came as a large marked as 2XL. Emailed them and they were quick to get back but gave me 15% back. I wanted the shirt but now have a place keeper in my drawer. I will not try again.

The custom Hawaiian shirt is so perfect. My ship details are so clear. So so happy to wear the shirt at our Navy reunion. 👍's up .

I ordered a York Rite Masonic pair of shoes from Premiory. They did an amazing job, the size fit perfectly, the customization was spot on and Grace checked on me several times to make sure I was happy and made sure I got them in a timely matter. I ordered an F-4 "Hawaiian" shirt for my dad for his birthday...he absolutely loved it!! He won't stop wearing it. He says the quality is very good and their customer service was quick to answer when I had a question.

My experience with this company has been great. The items that I purchased for my husband were even better than I expected and he absolutely loves them. The only problem I had was being kept updated on shipping status. Other than that, it was a very positive experience.

Poor description of merchandise

I had recently purchased the lightweight “choose your ship” button style shirt for my upcoming (just passed) 40th Anniversary of Recommissioning of USS MISSOURI BB63.
I had ordered and received it approximately 29 days.
The shirt is lightweight which was perfect for HAWAII.
I had noticed the tracking as well of it coming from out of country but it did arrive in excellent new condition.
I wore it for final day ceremony and was asked several times where I had gotten as other past shipmates said they did NOT see it in the gift shop.

I ordered the windbreaker-A10 crew chief and absolutely love it. Had no issues designing it, or being updated on delivery. It arrived exactly when it was supposed to. I actually referred someone else to purchase something for their Veteran Dad. I PROUDLY wear my jacket.

My recent purchase of the 40oz. Tumbler from proudly served was outstanding. Had the Air Force mug and was it turned out fabulous! Great detail on the artwork and was exactly what I wanted! Will definitely use them again in the future!

Laura is a rip off. She did not specify which NIOC so gives everyone NIOC Hawáii. When asked to exchanged she denied request and told me she did nothing wrong. Horrible service and these jackets are expensive but done very poorly.

My order took over a month to come in. When I checked the tracking number, the package was shipped from communist china. The item was the wrong size and wrong color. When I asked for a refund, they refused.

Same here. I ordered Nov 24. You get some great emails and then a 'Tracking' number that does nothing. Order shipped on Dec 1 and nothing since then.

I ordered a hoodie from them and it says it was shipped but the tracking does not work. Possible scam

I ordered a hoodie that was customized to have the patch of the last unit I served with and and my occupational unit insignia, and I was Army aviation. Both unit patch and occupational insignia were on the front of the hoodie and extremely small. Nowhere near the size of the preview you're given before ordering. Making it barely visible from even a short distance away. And they do not mention that everything you select is actually printed onto the clothing and not an actual patch. Because the unit patch and occupational insignia are printed on it is disappointing and takes away from the quality of the hoodie itself. Also, they market themselves as an American company put my hoodie appears to have been shipped from China. So the hoodie and the customization work was done in a foreign country and sent directly to me from China.

Possible scam. I ordered from them on November 14th. Received an email stating my ordered was being made and I would receive my tracking number soon. Its now Dec 1st, no tracking number. They have a button for tracking that appears to be fake. It says my item was shipped on the 20th of November. I contacted them twice with no response. Their address is in Boulder, Colorado. Ironically, I have a friend that lives in Boulder. He went by their address and a whole different business was in the suite given. They are not registered with the BBB and the Boulder Chamber of Commerace has no record of the. I think they stole proudvet365's website and started scamming. I don't believe this to be a US based company. If it is real, Its in China. Its sad to scam US veterns.
