I have lodged a scam complaint with ASIC, contacted ACA and was thinking about getting in touch with a financial journalist The Age. I also have taken out a loan to engage a solicitor. We need to band together fellow victims and organise some sort of class action. We need to be compensated. The legal advice I have is that the contract we have is watertight. I suggest we all make more noise. Jess and Mario and PC need to be brought to justice.

Have tried to contact provide capital on the mobile numbers i have for jess and mario regarding my investment no one returns my calls went to the collins street address and no one thier a guy that works in the building said Mario calls in very two weeks to pick up the mail. Called the contact number on the web site and it goes to a call center in the uk. I am so upset that i trusted these people and now have lost my life savings and will end up homeless due to thier
actions. Ive contacted Asic and scam watch and am not sure what else i can do

To Provide Capital,thanks for update,but To communicate with your customers is your greatest fault,We(most,if not all of your clients have been texting/messaging ,e/mailg & phone calls) without any response!Our interest payments ceased in Febuary,2026 and without warning,no written communication from any person at Provide Capital.I myself have messaged Jess,called her,left messages for her to answer my concerns-NOTHING-I understand that in todays world that many companies are having financial problems-but to have a good company profile,to respect your clients & be open and honest is so Important,in this field Provide Capital has FAILED.

I have taken out a personal loan to commence legal action against Provide Capitol. Jessie and Mario should be ashamed of themselves and should be held responsible for their actions. Happy to be involved in a class action against these crooks. Will also be contacting ASIC again.

I had a very bad Experience with Provid Capital, I was dealing with Mr Mario,and then Jesse took since then have to wait for responce or delayed Reply from her eventually i got the money back but not in Lumb sum as i wanted it , after more than 6 months delay, i did clearly said to her i have someone Terminally ill in the family ,and Now my wife's money is Matured she is been sending email after email and also leaving Messages on the Phone without any response, only thing i can say STAY AWAY FROM PROVIDE CAPITAL

No response from Provide Capital via telephone or email. No payment for 2+ months. Called ASIC and AFSA. Only ASIC can help, because Provide Capital ABN 53 644 657 161 do not currently hold a credit licence. ASIC suggestion is for all affected parties to lodge a misconduct report to ASIC to generate sufficient information and volume of complaint to support an ASIC investigation. The more submissions to ASIC, the greater the chance of an investigation and a resolution. Happy to coordinate with affected parties, bring folk together, and try to get investments returned.

NON RETURN OF CAPITAL
My deposit with Provide Capital matured on December 22, 2025. They paid 'penalty interest' 2 months, now nothing. I need to get in touch with the other victims to plan something together

I previously wrote a review asking Jess or Mario to make contact with myself, so here goes again.
Jess did make contact with me in approximately august last year (2025) and asked me to take the post down and I did but I have since rang 32 times and asking to speak to either of them again regarding my investment coming to maturity in December 2025 no word no communication of any type by anyone from Provide Capital , No Money has been received by me
I'll ask again to make contact with me, i will also keep you updated.

This is the 3rd time I have deposited investment funds with PC. The first 2 went without a hitch. I have dealt with 3 client managers over the 3 years I have been with PC, Jessie being my current client manager. She was wonderful to deal with initially but now never answers messages or takes my calls. When you call their business main phone it goes to an off site reception giving the impression that all is well. Messages are taken but never responded to. My current investment matured on 19th December 24 and so far I have been paid back nearly half of my initial investment. There has been nothing now for nearly 6 months! The excuse from them as to why they have not paid back my money is that the NAB bank have frozen their bank accounts. Really!! This excuse was acceptable for a few weeks but quickly wore thin. 6 months later and I am told exactly the same rhetoric. Unbelievable!! They must think we are all so gullible to believe that. I have now taken legal action to recoup my money!

I have been trying to contact this company as my payments are never in time and the maturity date is nearly up and I need answers! Was brilliant up untill the last 6 months but now I’m really worried and don’t know what to do. Does anyone have any help to offer please 🙏

Like a lot of other people Provide have stopped paying interest on the 250K that I invested with this mob. They don’t reply to any phone or email messages. The 3 year term finish’s in December this year, I’m really worried about receiving my money back from them. What is the best way to get some help to find out what is going on?

I have dealt with this company for over 3 years I have to say I will never deal with again with so many empty promises and lack of communication left me feeling like I made the wrong decision on investing with them.
I did have great communication towards the end with Jessie but it was too little too late.
It also took nearly 3 months after my contract to return the money I invested.

I had money invested with Provide Capital and when Maturity date came around they found numerous excuses why not to pay out.
Be very careful if you are considering this company.
I have tried to delete my previous review without success.

Invested for 1 year and interest was paid promptly every month which was an excellent outcome.
The withdrawal process was frustrating and took 3 months to finalize. I was told the delay was due to the 'Middle East' and 'Liquidity problems'. The payments were paid in 3 tranches. I was the one who initiated all communications over the 3 month period. As a pensioner, I required the withdrawal ASAP for personal reasons. PC did not seem to take my personal circumstances into consideration when finalizing the withdrawal process. Jesse, from PR was very helpful and acted immediately on my concerns.

We invested in Provide Capital about 18 months ago, initially on a twelve month contract and then an extended six month contract. Every interest payment was received on the nominated date and at the end of the second contract our capital was returned to our personal account in full and on time. Our company contacts were Mario and more recently Jessie both whom are excellent people to deal with. Any inquiries we had during the journey were answered promptly and professionally.

We feel our total experience to the point of having our invested funds returned allows us to offer an opinion that should carry weight for Provide Capital. We will have no problem choosing to invest with this company again or for that matter recommending them to our friends and family.
