I know a few real estate agents at Provident and had the pleasure of working with them in the past. However, only one of them stands out above the rest, Mr Youssef Sbeity. What sets him apart from all the other real estate agents, is his unwavering commitment to satisfy the needs of his clients and the way he has maintained transparency throughout this process. Purchasing a property in a highly sought area in Dubai, particularly a branded residence where investors from all over the world compete to secure a property investment proved to be a challenge, especially since I am based in Los Angeles. Since 2022, Youssef worked diligently to find the right off-plan property that met my criteria and high expectations, when most real estate agents would have given up on this lengthy and tedious undertaking. His continued support and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process, as he guided me every step of the way. With a time difference of 13 hours between L.A. and Dubai, Youssef was always available to answer my text 24/7.
I encountered so many issues and limitations in Los Angeles from bank fraud involving wiring funds to Dubai, to not receiving important documents via mail from the developer, thus jeopardizing my chances of securing the property that I have long been waiting for since 2022. I just wanted to let a written review of Mr Youssef Sbeity working for Providence. Youssef really made me believe that there are still professionals like him that are honest, committed, hyper competent and truly reliable in a world, real state, that is so risky and difficult when it comes to honesty and clean information and motivations. This gentleman really made me change my mind despite I was biased and had a lot of prejudices about the industry individuals.
