I specially wants to thanks my case manager Ms.Rida she is a very professional and dedicated toward the work she have processed my entire process so smoothly, She have gone through with every detailing of my file and fulfilled every requirements and I have successfully done my visa interviews.Ms. Rida is a amazing person she is so polite and so sincere I used to call her for small small things and queries but she always give response in a very polite and satisfactory way.She is really a crown of Provience Immigration.Thank you so much Rida and Province Immigration.

In summary, they do not care once you have made payment and they made a lot of false promises. I don't know if it's that staff keep resigning: about 4 case officers worked on my case; when you ask about the previous one, you will be told s/he went on sick leave, and they never came back - I suspect they kept resigning. We applied for a Job Seekers' Visa; we basically redrafted the CV and statement of purpose they did for us because it had so many typographical errors. We later paid for job assistance - to aid us in getting work permit, but they never even applied for a single job for us. They basically did nothing, but before payment was made, they made lots of promises, including the promise that the person who first contacted us would work with us till the end, but it was all a lie. Whenever we contacted her, she would direct us to someone else, and some of them appeared not to know what they were doing; they kept giving contradictory information.

As can be seen in my attached screenshot (on google maps, I cannot attach screenshots here), I was the one who requested for a refund of my $200 (they did not offer it), then they asked me to pull down my review on google, it was at that point I told them that if they want me to pull it down then they should refund the entire $800 I paid ($600 for Job Seekers' Visa application and $200 for job assistance). You can go through their response on google, they never applied for a job, if they did I would get an email notification to that effect. The application you see in their response (on google) is application for the job seekers' visa. They never applied for a job, the agreement was that they will apply for jobs. From their response (on google) you can see that Shubham and Ishita worked on my case, both of them are now unreachable, the reason they (the new person) always give is sick leave. The first person I spoke with (Shilpa) I believe was their marketer, she stayed the longest, but is now unreachable too. Prasanna also worked on my case, he convinced me to pay the $200 for job assistance, he also became unreachable. The CV and cover letter they claimed they did, I persisted and persisted before they did those things and I had to redo them because of the many errors.

IN RESPONSE TO THE COMMENT BELOW, it is clear that whoever responded to my post had no idea what transpired. Before we applied for job seekers' visa, Province Immigration told us we would get a response from Sweden between 1 to 3 months after applying, but it turned out that information was false. After we applied we found out it would take 16 months to get a response from Sweden. Our plans were affected. Few months later, Province Immigration told us there was a new opportunity that we could apply for a job and if we get one, we could get a work permit/visa which would come quicker than the job seekers' visa. Of course they asked us to pay more money for job assistance. So we paid for their 'job assistance' service, not because we were satisfied with services from the first (services for the job seeker application) but because we were made to believe that the other (work permit) would come quicker than the first one that took ages as opposed to what province immigration earlier told us. They made it sound so urgent but after paying, they NEVER applied for a single job. The CV they prepared had so many errors (it looked like what was made from a template) that we ended up preparing everything by ourselves and they did not use it to apply for a single job - not one. There is no record of any complain via email because we complained severally via WhatsApp calls and even Whatsapp chats (this was our major medium of communication). Also, I stated that Shilpa became unreachable, before her one Shubam became unreachable as well. Also Ishita became unreachable. Even after we posted this, Province Immigration for the first time in our dealings with them, reached out to us almost immediately to ask us to pull down our review for them to give us the refund we asked (probably why you won't see many negative reviews about them) but never did any of those 3 persons reach out to us. Remember that we specifically asked if the person who marketed Province Immigration to us and made us so many promises would work with us till the end and the response was 'yes'. This was completely false too. It's not just that they changed our case officer but each one seemed not to know about what had transpired or about the immigration route we were using.

If anyone looking for professionals perfect paperwork for migration or study oversea, I would definitely recommend Province Immigration Pvt Ltd, Delhi.

My case Manger Lipika is excellent staff with enough knowledge in this process. She has applied for study visa Canada for me. She gave her best in building by profile soo perfect that I got my visa within 10 Days and no where IRCC asked for addition docs and even refusal.

From the outset, their communication was subpar, with long response times and vague answers to my inquiries. It often felt like I was left in the dark about the status of my application, leading to heightened anxiety and uncertainty about my immigration prospects.

Moreover, despite their assurances of expertise, Province Immigration made several critical errors in handling my application. These mistakes resulted in unnecessary delays and complications, further exacerbating my frustration. It seemed as though they lacked attention to detail and failed to thoroughly review the documentation provided, leading to avoidable setbacks in my immigration journey.

What's more, the level of personalized support promised by Province Immigration was sorely lacking. I had hoped for guidance tailored to my specific situation, but instead, I felt like just another client in their system. There was a distinct lack of empathy and understanding for the challenges I faced throughout the process, leaving me feeling unsupported and disheartened.

Overall, my experience with Province Immigration fell far short of my expectations. Their poor communication, frequent errors, and lack of personalized support made the entire process unnecessarily stressful and ultimately unsuccessful. I would caution anyone considering their services to thoroughly research their options and proceed with caution, as my experience left much to be desired.

Please never trust this consultancy.
