I received my angel belt work out within hours after placing my order, even less than 24 hours. I'm very impressed.

I'd like to share my experience from recently. Ordered a waist trainer, however, it was small so I got panicked of how to deal with this. All in all, prowaist team helped me to make the exchange process so quick and swift that I decided to thank them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Tried to return an item TWICE, for it to get returned to sender due to the return address provided to me by Prowaist not even existing! Tried to worm out of giving me any sort of compensation due to being outside of the return period (their fault!). I have wasted so much time going back and forth with this incompetent company (Sheena R you should be ashamed of yourself) and had to finally threaten legal action which eventually worked, but I am still several pounds out of pocket for the two lots of return postage that I had to pay for.

Item arrived, was not great quality but the sizing was all wrong (and I had used their measurements guide)
Followed the instructions for the returns portal, and returned the item over 2 weeks ago and they are claiming "they dont have it" despite putting my order number in the parcel it may be "in the parcels with no ref numbers" so to keep waiting for the refund
Awful service and company

The one star reviews are no surprise.

Awful awful company. Their return address is a P.O. Box that they obviously don’t monitor.

I emailed them the day I received the package because the sizing was way off. They responded to my email, A MONTH LATER, and said they couldn’t find my package which is absolutely no surprise as it seems they have been fielding returns from dissatisfied customers - at A P.O. Box.

Three months later, I can’t find my proof of postage. They claim they can’t find my return and have offered no refund. A waste of time and money.

Do not buy from this company. A sham, as far as the service and products I received.

Great customer service! Good product, just size issues was sent wrong size! They responded quickly nd sorted the issue out! Definitely recommended!

Overall satisfied. I did not check the size chart and I ended up ordering the wrong size, my bad. However, Prowaist ended up help me and and I’m happy for that!

Happy purchase, my order arrived as I expected and I ended up ordering more as gifts to my colleagues. They love it!

Ordered several items for size and have received no information on how to make the return. They also sent the same item which I had ordered in 2 sizes, but they have both in the same size.
I initially received a quick response from customer service asking for photographs. But nothing since.
So I currently have 4 pieces of shapewear that are unsuitable that I have no way of returning!
A very costly on line shopping experience, do not use this company!!!! Oh

Customer service do not respond to any complaints. Products are rubbish

The item I ordered was tat, expensive tat. I’ve had better quality shapewear from Primark. I returned it and was told consistently for weeks that the warehouse hadn’t received my item so they couldn’t refund me. I’ve spent over 8 weeks chasing them asking if the warehouse has got more organised with deliveries yet and could I get my refund. Apparently not, and now they’ve got my 40 quid and their rubbish back to sell to some other poor unsuspecting sod. Don’t waste your time and money.

Don’t even want to give it one star. I placed an order over a month ago. The item was sent tracked but not signed for. The parcel has been missing for ages and can’t be located even when the tracking says “delivered” I have investigated with Royal Mail who advised the package has been lost in transit and this company is not replying to me or refunding me! I have been robbed this company is an absolute scam STAY AWAY

I just got it and I have to say I'm impressed. As soon as I tightened it up I found I was standing straighter. I can't speak to its longevity because I just received it today but hopefully it does everything else it says it does.

This waist trainer did exactly what it was supposed to do. Cinch in my waist and provide me with the delicate hour glass figure I was looking for. Naturally, I already have a hour glass shape but I did want the water fat in my stomach to slim down. I also suffer from scoliosis so this has kept my back nice and secure. RECOMMENDED.

Recently I bought a full body shapewear for my gal and she got really impressed, I have to thank prowaist for making my gal happy!

Ordered an international order and arrived within 1 week, and the waist trainer deluxxe!

Purchased many times for this website, delivery has been slow sometimes but no later than 1 day as advertised so still good

I received my order few days ago, really good stuff
